I love my doctors they listen to my concerns and the staff is great

It was really busy but they still were on point taking care of everyone with smiles and with an quickness.

I came to see Dr Zeid , he is very sweet gentle and professional, Answered all the questions I had and explained my case to me, took his time with no rush. Waiting time was very short, the nurse was very nice and the office is very clean. I had a Great Experience and I do Highly recommend the office and the doctor .

Started seeing the doctors here at CLS in January because of new insurance and I am so thankful for it. This is the best group of doctors I’ve ever seen. The imaging center is so efficient and helpful and Janet Metts and Dr. Karadsheh are wonderful! Definitely doctors that care! I highly recommend these doctors and this facility!!!

This was a life-changing experience for me. I have suffered with IBS for 3+ years with no relief. After chemo and radiation I was sure this would go on forever. I was referred to Dr. Karadsheh and he talked to me at length on our first appointment. He prescribed a drug I had never heard of and I haven’t had a problem since! He is kind, caring and patient and knows his stuff!

They help me in explaining all the process that I'll be going through and what I have to do so they help me a lot in understanding what I'm going to be going through they did a wonderful job explaining

I am extremely happy with my primary care physician and now my gastrointerologist both at the same location which makes it so convenient. The doctors are caring and compassionate, with a passion to treat each patient with the best care.

I was referred by my doctor to see Dr Karadsheh for some gastroenterology problems I was experiencing. I could not be any happier with my experience, Dr Karadsheh is top notch! He is currently treating me for my Crohn Disease. Finally, I can feel alive again. He is very thorough, honest and down to earth. The staff called me and fit me in really fast and were very thorough explaining everything!!!

Dr. Karadsheh is simply the best! Kind, caring, compassionate, and it is obvious that he genuinely cares for his patients. He is skilled, takes the time to listen, and was able to quickly identify my problem. Physicians like him are extremely rare- a true blessing!

I noticed that the Receptionist was very patient with a person on the phone while I was waiting to be signed in. She had to repeat your answer to the person's questions several times but her voice didn't change and she didn't display any angry towards him or her. I actually complemented her on her patience and expressed how impressed I was.

I love Dr. Karadsheh. He really cares about my health. I'm disappointed with whoever answers the phone for appointments. I explained I was in a lot of pain but I was told he had nothing available for 3 1/2 weeks. I finally had to go to ER because the pain was worse. I do not blame the doctor for this at all.

I was referred to dr Karadsheh and he was super thoughtful and listened to all my concerns was able to explain my diagnosis to me in terms I could understand as it was my first experience with gastroenterologist. We had a a great PCP prior to Dr. Karadsheh and my insurance changed so we could no longer see that doctor we so much liked. After doing my research, I found Dr. Karadsheh. As nervous as my daughters and I were to changing doctors, Dr Karadsheh made it very easy to like him and he was so funny and informative. My family is very healthy and my girls just go for the yearly check up but we are so pleased that we found such a great doctor like Dr. Karadsheh.

I am actually amazed at this medical facility. Rarely have I received such great patient care, I drove a little extra far based on recommendation from my liver doctor. Worth the 1 1/4 hour drive. Dr. K. was great in helping us get to the Doctor that we needed to be at as soon as possible. The Doctor he was referring us to wasn't seeing us as soon as he wanted and so he got on the phone in front of us and called the Doctor himself and set it up. I can't say how thankful we are for him. He truly cares and sees his orders through.

CLS Healthcare, for me, was a very good experience. The receptionist in the front was kind and friendly. Vanessa was professional and explained everything, and Dr. Karadsheh wasted no time in figuring out how to help me. We have a plan and this was all in 30 minutes! I wasn’t too late getting to work.

Love this Doctor. He seem to have a true concern for my wellbeing. Was upset with me because I'm going to be 60 years old in November and this was my first time. Went in today for results and thank God and my savior Jesus that the few palaps he removed were none cancerous.

They went beyond to push my referral. They went the extra mile.

Parking a mess, drove around with 15 other cars and finally parked at retail store 2 blocks away. 45 minute wait for dr. but been twice and drs were very good, courteous and asked all the right questions. Easy to land an appt, just give yourself time for parking/delays.

The only criticism I have is that. I have to called to get the time for my colonoscopy. No one from office call like they said they would.

Dr. Zeid saved the day! I went to 2 doctors before going to Dr. Zeid, and nothing helped, stayed in pain and irritation for more than 3 weeks. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Zeid.
