The first person you’ll meet is Holly behind the office counter. She’s loaded with personality. All of Dr Thomas’s staff are professional and full of humor. Dr. Thomas is rated a 10+ in the area of Lake Jackson area and Friendswood area as well. A dedicated pain management specialist. Highly recommended.

Everyone is very professional nice and when you walk in they call you by name before you even get to check in window, like an old friend. The Dr makes sure you are well informed and if you have questions, he takes his time to explain EVERTHING and what is going to be done to take care of any problems. Since meeting Dr Thomas my husband's life as become, a higher quality of life. He listens, cares and treats the whole body. I've been struggling with sciatica issues for several months attempting to treat with OTC pain medication; Dr. Thomas prescribed a couple of medicines that have taken the pain from a solid excruciating 9 to a 4 or 5 within 24 hours. It's a much improved quality of live as I await what I hope is a permanent fix via a procedure yet to be scheduled.

Friendly and compassionate staff, comfortable waiting area, wonderful knowledgeable RN/Manager. Have a question or need a refill? The staff is right on it. Need your call returned? It’s done asap. Dr. Thomas is thorough and listens and his explanations are clear. He’s the first doctor I’ve ever had acknowledging my pain is real and debilitating and his goal is to eliminate the pain while working to fix the cause as well. I can’t recommend the offices of Dr.Sunil Thomas enough. Thank you for all you do.

Lake Jackson location: Initial consult review- Went well overall. Was seen at scheduled appointment time, greeted by friendly staff. Comfortable waiting room and exam room. Doctor has a pleasant disposition and bedside manner. I felt that my concerns were heard and doctor recommended treatment plan that aligned with my goals. I am very much looking forward to continuing treatment with this practice.

I have been seeing Dr Thomas for about 3 years. You can't beat him or his staff. He's very compassionate, listens and explains things in a way that you can understand. Always available to answer questions. Everyone knows what they are doing and THEY DO IT!!

Since the ESI - injection earlier yesterday, I'm happy to say that the pain has greatly subsided, and hopefully will continue to see improvement each day. 3 stars because it took over an hour to see the Dr. 10:45 appointment and didnt see the Dr until 11:45. Maybe they should schedule the patients farther apart to eliminate the long wait.

I echo the comments from the other patients who have been here to see Dr. Thomas and his staff that it was a great experience all around from intake to future care scheduling. Did plenty of research of options throughout the metro and his name consistently popped up for thorough knowledge, referrals, and overall satisfaction of care. Got PT and referral appointments already lined up. Excited to be working with a consummate professional to finally resolve habitual problems.

This medical practice has exceptionally kind, helpful, empathetic, and knowledgeable front office staff. The nurse that took me back exhibited a delightful sense of humor and warmth. While we did not fully identify the underlying causes of my issues during this initial appointment, the doctor appeared sincerely concerned and recommended tests to uncover the source of my discomfort. He demonstrated a clear understanding of my concerns and provided more assistance in this single visit than I have received from other physicians and emergency rooms over the years. I am eager to proceed with the next steps and to finally experience relief. I will provide an update on this review in a few weeks.

I have been on a journey for over a year searching for relief on my lower back pain. I visited several doctors until I was referred to Dr. Thomas. I went in for my first visit and I automatically knew I was in the right spot. After reviewing my case folder he immediately started to discuss treatment options. Long story short is Dr. Thomas cares about his patients and wants them to find relief from their pain. I am happy to say that although I am not 100% pain free this is the most relief I felt in a very long time.

The staff members and Dr Tomas are amazing! I have been to four other Drs with a triple herniated disc issue that of course causes back pain and radiates sciatica pain down my leg terribly. Dr Tomas was the first to suggest that it could be the injection needed to go elsewhere.( Thank God. ) He hit the nerve on the head! It’s been 2 1/2 years since I’ve seen him; and that’s quite a good span of time for an injection to work!! It’s time to go back now. They don’t take my insurance, so they are working with me with cash payment. But worth every penny!!! I won’t go to anyone else again. Me and my sister-in-law have the same back issues that cannot be treated by surgery. Our pain was almost constant. Dr. Thomas offered a med that gave us almost immediate relief. Not only was the pain level better, but also made it where the stronger pain meds where not neccesary. He listens and is very observant about other issues that might be going on. We do not want anyone else, but him.

The receptionist was very attentive to all patients in the waiting area. The wait time was not very long. Dr. Thomas is awesome! I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He listens to you with no interruption, he explains to you where your pain is coming from and what is possibly causing it, all in language you can understand (no long medical wording), and then breaks down his recommendations for treatment.

Dr. Thomas is a super nice guy and has great bedside manners, and the ladies in the office do an exceptional job and are always so nice.

Dr Thomas is amazing and I'm pain free

I arrived promptly for my appointment but had to wait an hour to be seen, my time is valuable too. Dr. Thomas was very thorough, took time and answered all of my questions. He established a treatment plan that I believe will get me on track for success in PT. Well, this is a follow up to my comments above. I had the back injections Dr. Thomas suggested. I walked into the outpatient surgical center unable to walk without assistance and in excruciating pain. After a few hours (including the procedure), I walked out by myself. It is 2 weeks post procedure and i am almost back to good health. I am going to start palates and swimming. I took an overnight business trip without pain. No one can understand why but the swelling of my legs, ankles and feet is gone. I am really a happy patient.

Dr. Thomas and all of his staff are very helpful, friendly, and attentive to every thing I deal with. They actually make going to the doctor a quick and I guess I'd say delightful experience. I actually enjoy going because I know the girls are there, and we lighten up each other's moods every visit.
