The receptionist is very welcoming, and so is the staff that get you in the room. They listen to your questions and answer them thoroughly. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family

Dr Enakuaa was a very pleasant and caring person. She explained all details to us and answered all our questions as well as our plans going forward. We were very pleased!

Dr E is one of the better doctors that we have seen, and my husband has a long list...he really likes her. She is efficient, straightforward, and concerned. If you want someone who is going to coddle you and focus on your feelings over your health, Dr E may not be the physician you are looking for. I love the fact that she is honest, and I really love the communication she provides. She is available by email for urgent questions, and she has always responded to my concerns in less than 24 hours. (She can be blunt, but she answers - that is so far ahead of many doctors!) She gives excellent care, and has managed to get my husband's blood sugar under control, and even helped him lose a few pounds in the process, in a matter of months. Very happy with the care!

Never experienced such short wait times from any practice. That is the Best. Everyone is friendly Dr enokoua and Angie especially.

Dr Enakuaa is amazing. I have a fear of Doctors especially Endocrinologist , Diabetes really sucks, and most other doctors don't listen to You. When you're telling them that you're trying your hardest doctor don't listen. DR.E made me feel like it wasn't just my fault. That we are team, we have to work together. Thank you, thank you. That made me feel so great, to try harder because I finally had someone on my side.

I wouldn’t change my doctor ever. But inside this clinic there are only employee restrooms which make it difficult after being taken to the examining room to have to exit the entire office and down the hall after the elevators to do your thing. A big inconvenience.

The experience overall was quite positive. I was amazed, however, at the small print on the form I was given to fill out. There should be some thought to senior citizens with impaired vision. In my practice the forms had letter size about 3 to 4 times the ones I encounter. The staff was very pleasant.. My visit with Dr. Enakuaa what is positive and informative with a follow up visit and a time frame that made sense to me. I would definitely refer individuals to your clinic. Dr. Charles Rogers

I feel confident with her ability to deal with my needs as a patient. ??The only thing I didn't enjoy on my most recent visit was having to fill out new paperwork with information that should already be on file. Overall my experience was good and I would recommend her for an endocrinologist.

First visit with this practice after referral from my primary doctor I had no idea of the diagnosis. Dr Enakuus gather the medical info and clearly sndeeted my concerns and set up follow up.

This is my second time seeing Dr Enakuaa. She is very thorough and takes time to answer all my questions. Very good doctor, I recommend her.

My wait time today was 35 minutes from waiting room to back. My wait time to see doctor after the aid took my BP was 15 minutes. The doctor spent 10 minutes with me. The doctor did ask if I had questions, which I did, but the doctor seemed to be ready to move on from me. I do like this doctor and will return in 6 months as they requested.

Souad Enakuaa was nice in person, it took three weeks but I finally got a call back from their office. They referred me to a PCP, Pain Management and psychiatrist due to a recent death in my immediate family I'm trying to deal with. So far, as I'm reading the reviews on the doctor's they look good and I'm optimistic about getting the help I've been needing since I wasn't able to get back to LA to see all my doctors. I called friday, today after calling the Quest automated number which won't let me make an appointment I don't like quest. The automated phone thing cant understand my name and there isnt a human option so I cant make the blood lab appointment. This is a bad sign and a red flag!! So far nothing has happened that i went to see her for. I dont think my insurance should be charged she only talked to me for less than 5 minutes and i felt rushed. Low off brand quality of care, her office was packed and they rush your appointment with no physical examination other than blood pressure and weight being taken. this is why I'll stick with my long term Dr's in Beverly Hills

I am not making medical claims but in my opinion, Dr Enakuaa, endocrinologist, figured out my 17 years of stroke level, resistant to 4 blood pressure meds situation I’m now on just spironolactone and no other blood pressure meds for over a year. I really cannot recommend her expertise enough. She could have saved my life!

Dr. Enakuaa is a great doctor, she’s been my endocrinologist for the past two years. The office is exceptionally clean, nice staff and the appointments are always on time. Going to her I’ve been able to minimize my insulin resistance that was caused by peri menopause. Overall, I give the staff a 10/10 for great customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of my visits to see her and she always listens and comes up with better sounding solutions for my health and wellbeing.

I like Dr Enakuaa very much. Something that stands out is the support staff . They can spoil the visit but they don’t. They are courteous, even very pleasant and helpful. Seem to take more pride in their role with patients. Those smiles and nice comments go a long way toward a calming .

The Endocrinologist here Dr. Enakuaa is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with. The scheduled time appointments are on time. Now the labs, they are very good at hiting your veins the 1st stick unlike other places I've been. I'd give Dr.Enakuaa 10 stars ?? If google let me. I look forward to my appointments here when I do have them.

Dr. Souad Enakuaa and her staff, at CLS Health - Endocrinology ( 600 N Kobayashi Rd Ste 312, Webster, TX 77598 ) are always nice & friendly. Of course some days are high traffic with a bit of a wait but staff and doctor are always so apologetic. But all in all Dr. Enakuaa is a wonderful doctor and her staff are just the same, wonderful!

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Enakuaa! This fantastic doctor took the time to call me to explain a few things that I was very confused on. This was in regards to wearing a CGM; I was concerned about the numbers being different, and what they meant, etc. Dr. Enakuaa took the time to call me and discuss with me what were expected, how it should be, etc., and calmed my nerves down. This is the only endocrinologist I have seen in over a decade that truly cares and tries to figure out what is causing my symptoms, instead of sticking with what is a typical box and then saying I'm done with you. If you really want answers, true answers, then you should definitely see Dr. Enakuaa ASAP!

She was very nice in the visit, very respectable and knowledgeable. But I think I caught her at a bad time when I needed prescriptions, and nobody in the office can write them except them. If you see them in person make sure to get them to send the prescriptions that day if possible in case she takes time off. Otherwise not a bad dr, only downside is their office is next to the infectious disease department in CLS health and I'm not sure if they take remote/video visits.
