Dr. Rasheed gave me a shoulder injection last week. Her precision with placement Of the needle resulted in my treatment working exceptionally well. She also explained to me that the range of motion that I’m feeling able to do now must be extended and kept at this level by doing work on my own with exercises for my shoulder and rotator cuff. Her care and expertise about keeping this experience alive longer Shows how much she really invests in her patients’ improvement. If you establish with her, You will be in exceptionally talented hands.

Dr. Rasheed and Morgan have a genuine concern for their patients. The office staff is very cordial and welcoming.

Dr. Rasheed is the BEST! Her bedside manner couldn’t be better, super personable, sympathetic, sweet and doesn’t do treatment that’s unwarranted. She is quite knowledgeable and an overall seasoned professional! She made me feel like I was the only patient in the whole building. Her nurses were very nice, as well as her front office staff! Conveniently located toward the back of medical plaza building 1, plenty of parking and super clean office. I had PRP injected into my knee and it was a seamless procedure! No pain whatsoever once I was numbed up! Thank you Dr. Seema!!!

Dr. Rasheed is an excellent pain management doctor. Her previous practice was where I first established as her patient. I followed her here and I am glad I did. She has listened to my questions every time. she found a mistake in medication‘s that were listed With the state that said I was taking that I actually was not taking. She gave me information to correct it with the Texas medical board. She helped me uncover medical identity theft. She is compassionate and I have had my pain managed very very well in my shoulders and my back thanks to her expertise and professionalism. P. S. I have seen Dr. Rasheed for several years. She is an awesome doctor. Her staff are too. She is professional, attentive, and understanding.

Once I got into the office to meet the staff and doctor everything was wonderful. Initially or while trying to set up an appointment, the phone system and inability to reach a human so that my appointment could be set up was as bad as many other businesses phone systems are these days. These systems or methods put the patient on hold or recall over and over and this part is not desirable. Patients do not seem to be the priority in these cases. Either answer the phone or have a call back option for the doctors office so that patients can get on with their day just like the doctor or staff does. Again though, the staff and doctor was great in how they handled me as a patient. Thank you
