I saw Dr. Sheung today for the first time. I had an entire page of questions for her and she took as much time as I needed to answer them. She was very kind and patient. I appreciated her common sense advice and concern for my health. She was recommended from a friend. I will refer my friends to her as well!

Dr. Sheung is very sweet and personable. She listened to my concerns and provided me with solutions. When I did not understand something, she explained it and took her time in explaining — something that is very much appreciated! I look forward to seeing her again!

What a delightfully positive experience first time at this clinic from the front office to the nursing staff, and most importantly the thoroughness and compassion of the doctor that I met with in addressing my concerns and immediately seeking necessary information and testing, in making an informed decision on treatment or monitoring.

Oh my goodness, first time visit to Dr. Sheung! I came to her after a bad experience. From the first minutes in her office, front desk personnel, welcoming and very professional. Office.is very.pleasant! Back Office personnel taking your health information, professional, warm and pleasant. Then the meeting with Dr. Sheung, wonderful, she makes you feel comfortable, she's professional, but you can tell she cares for her patient, even a first timer! The "bad experience" gone! I wish I had known to come to her first! I am at.peace now knowing I will be given the best care, and attention!

First time seeing Dr. Sheung and had a great experience, she listen to any concerns I had about my health and gave positive feedback and as well explained the best options for me. All the staff were also very friendly and professional.

Dr. Nicole Sheung is a good and conscientious doctor. She carefully monitors my bad thyroid condition every three months. If the test results show improvement, she is very happy for me and encourages me to control my diet more closely so as not to abuse the medication. She is truly “a good doctor is like a good mother”. Thank you, Dr. Sheung! I also would like to thank the Quest phlebotomist whose name is Varsha. She is the first one who could feel my very tiny vein on my arm to draw blood, so far all others had to poke on my hands which made me so painful. Kudo for Varsha! I highly recommend Dr. Nicole Sheung.

When Dr Sheung came in she pulled up a chair and listened to my concerns and addressed them ALL. She then offered the tools I need to continue to take great care of myself! Dr. Sheung is very accommodating regarding appt times. You have her undivided attention at each appt. Her questions regarding how you’re feeling, symptoms, etc are very relevant. She is also very personable, easy to talk to and never condescending or makes you feel rushed. I have seen 2 other endocrinologists in the Houston area and she is by far the best.

Dr Nicole Sheung is very professional she’s a great doctor BUT her two nurses that work for her Lesley Jimenez and the other one that wouldn’t give her name are very rude pressing buttons as if we had bad connection! I was trying to explain what I was calling about so they can help but I was at loss of words trying to explain is correctly and ask if the nurse understood what I was talking about from there all attitude!!! I can careless if they hate their job but patients need nurses to help get messages to the doctor and these two nurses are definitely not there to help but instead causing Dr Sheung to lose patients!! Good luck to anyone that chooses this doctor!

I’ve been visiting my endocrinologist for a few months now, and as always, she makes me feel completely comfortable. She takes the time to address all my concerns, making sure that nothing overlooked. I love how she always ask, “Does this sound like a good plan?”- it makes me feel included in my own care. She patiently answers all my questions and ensures. I feel heard and understood. I also really appreciate that. I can always schedule an appointment whenever I have concerns no matter what they are. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience, and I truly feel confident in the care that she provides.

She truly listened, I felt supported, understood, and confident in my care. She is out of my way but I will continue to see her, 45 minute drive but well worth it.

Went in today to see what my options were since some medicine that I have been taking lately has been making me feel ill. My previous doc was not listening to me when I was telling them how miserable I have been on the meds. Today I believe all of my questions have been answered and I felt like I was heard for the first time in a long time. Nicole was very informative and answered all of my questions and made some suggestions and changes to my meds. I will see how things go and will update as I go. Highly recommended.

I arrived, checked in and was taken back to a room within 5 minutes. After getting my vitals, the doctor came in about 10 minutes later. My visit was a follow-up with my endocrinologist related to lab results, so it was fast and efficient. I was out the door within 35 minutes, start to finish. Very satisfied.

Literally writing this from the waiting room for blood work, but I really enjoyed Dr. Sheung. She was very professional and listened to me. I have been dealing with hormone issues that have been making me feel like a hypochondriac. But she made me feel at ease and reassured a plan for figuring everything out going forward.
