Dr Adi is amazing! He's been my PCP for almost 4 years! He always takes great care of me! The front desk Leslie was very kind, and his medical assistant was amazing! Definitely recommend!

Dr Adi is fabulous. My whole family uses him. Jamie who works in the office is also quit attentive and I would not trade her for anything ...BUT...whomever is manning the nurses phone line/messages is about as inept as they come. You ALWAYS review your messages before clocking out and you ALWAYS return calls within 24 hours. 2 or 3 days is NOT acceptable.

Dr Nedal Adi is AMAZING in suite 213 as a PCP. Dr Adi is extremely knowledgeable and thorough while caring about your symptoms. Just like with any Dr visit there is a wait time but I was seen pretty quickly. Their office hours are even open later until 9pm M-F and even open on Saturdays!!! I called yesterday for an appointment and got seen immediately the next day. I would highly recommend Dr Adi as a Primary Care Physician!!! One of the best bedside manners I've ever received!!!

I was recently referred to Dr. Adi by another Clinician of mine. I was quite impressed by his staff and their attention to details as I waited for visitation. The Dr was very thorough in questioning me about my previous diagnosis, medical history and current services I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or this facility to anyone for their medical needs.

I went to Dr. Rios for a shoulder pain I developed while working out. Office visit wasn't long even with X-ray, and he explained everything to me on what it was and how to prevent with some stretching. Was given a shot and some meds and was feeling better 3 days like he suggested

I think Dr. Adi is a great doctor. He spends time with you and lets you ask questions. Last year I went to see him because I did not feel good and he sent me direct to the ER because my heart was in AFib and I needed to be there not at his office.

Unfortunately changed my primary. The last straw was scheduling an appointment at the "Rose" in May arrived in June and Dr. Adi's office "forgot " to submit proper paperwork. I called them in May to let them know I had made my appointment, and was told all was submitted when referral was made. They lied. That was strike 3. First the Portal took 2 months for my blood test to be posted. Original appointment in April in June still awaiting referral to ENT. and never could get a straight answer. The Portal was being revised and that was in April May and June. Sad situation as most of my friends, are new Devoted plans members and all were using Dr. Adi, but slowly we are seeking another Primary. I really enjoyed the idea of all doctors being in same facility, but unfortunately did not work out. As far as Dr Adi office visit was cordial, but upon reading my notes on the Portal there were items mentioned we never spoke of, and things it was stated he brought to my attention, which he did not. I know of this because I also take notes and record my visits.

We just had our first initial visit with him for my grandma and we loved him! Great bedside manner and listens to all of our concerns. He was very patient with my grandma and didn’t make us feel rushed at all.

Dr Adi is my pcp. His staff were very fast. I had problem with weight gain and apnea. He put me on medications and I lost 20 lbs so far. He also got me in for a sleep study pretty quick!
