I cannot say enough wonderful things about NP Nadin Farid! From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt genuinely cared for. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to listen attentively and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best care possible. She is serious about her craft ??

Nadin Farid is very easy to talk too, listens & takes her time not to rush & is very thorough & knowledgable however had a Televisit Apt & Video CLS END WENT DOWN & she want able to recover it Whats point of a TELE Visit if the tele cam doesn't wrk? Hope the company & IT get their technology right si we can SEE whom we are talking too & whom is in the room.

She is the best primary care provider I’ve ever had. She is so sweet and very attentive.

Cls clinic got the best of the best when it comes to doctors nurses what a great professionals, specially dr. Kannada, Dr. Shah, dr Vj, and a special lady that have won my admiration and respect as a my pcp and my my main doctor, what a great beautiful lady what a great human being full of compassion and advice towards her patients that lady is no other than My PCP N.P.F NADIN FARID SHE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, GOD BLESS HER FOR THAT!!!

Front desk Ashley was super sweet. She was attentive to multiple ppl & was very polite. Dr. Nadin Farid was sweet & helped me get a prescription for my symptoms. Not sure why the ppl over the phone gave me different results as far as the doctor’s availability but she is available on Wednesdays. Mon-Friday

I had a really great experience at this clinic and wanted to share. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, which is something I really appreciate. The clinic itself was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received from the MA Nayeli she was very sweet and caring . I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, compassionate healthcare.

FNP Nadin Farid is an excellent primary care provider (PCP).Her professionalism and care have been greatly appreciated. I believe she truly excels as a healthcare provider and would personally rate stars for the quality of care she delivers. Area for Improvement Despite FNP Farid's outstanding service, my overall experience was affected by issues with her staff. There was a noticeable lack of communication and insufficient handling of clinic concerns. The staff's inconsistency in following up on clinical matters ultimately influenced my decision not giving a five-star review. Improving staff responsiveness and communication would greatly enhance the patience's experience at the clinic. Since the staff is a reflection of the provider's commitment to patient care, Improving their responsiveness and communication would greatly enhance the patient experience at the clinic.

I had such a great experience with Nadin Farid, FNP, and Nayeli, her medical assistant. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt easy and welcoming. Nadin Farid is amazing at what she does. She really takes her time, listens to what you’re saying, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which honestly makes a huge difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Nayeli was just as great. She was super kind, helpful, and made everything run smoothly. She checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable, and just had a really positive, calming presence. Overall, it was just a really good experience from start to finish. I left feeling taken care of and appreciated, which isn’t something you always get at medical visits. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place where you feel heard and cared for.

I had an excellent experience during my visit and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of care I received from FNP Nadin Farid. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt welcoming, organized, and efficient.

So happy i found this little gem; i decided to post. I just had an appointment for an annual physical with Nadin Farid at CLS. She is one of the providers at this nice little place right at the corner of 20th and Ashland, and she is terrific! She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The place is remodeled, clean and all the people were fast and friendly. I actually walked by this place several times in the past and only now realized i can see providers there totally separate from the hospital- they even have parking- which is not always a given. It’s very nice to know there is a great place right in my neighborhood. I’ll definitely revisit as needed :)

I decided to stop seeing my previous PCP because their service was greedy, unethical, and unprofessional. Sadly, that seems to be the case with many these days. After reading all the positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment (10/6/25) with Dr. Nadin — and that’s how a doctor should be. Dr. Nadin Farid and RN Ms. Thomas both were excellent. I’m hoping my next visit will be just as good.

I was very pleased with MS. Farid. She is very knowledgeable and spent time with me to get my history and do a health check. She is very nice and listened to my issues medically. I look forward to my next visit with her.

Great team very helpful and friendly

Nadin, NP is super attentive and makes sure that her patients are cared for. Definitely recommend her as a healthcare provider, because health is important and it is nice to have someone so genuine by your side through it all! The current CLS Health facility she is at, located in Sugar Land, has friendly staff members and overall clean. Building is easy to navigate to with plenty of parking.

Dr. Nadine is the absolute best. She is caring and she always greets you with a wonderful smile, she is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions. I immediately knew she was the person I wanted to be my Primary Doctor. I am truly happy with my decision.

This is, again, one of the best health faculties I’ve ever been carded at. Even when my PCP isn’t available, they have wonderful staff to attends to patient’s needs as if they were their own. One of Houston’s finest facilities and staff.
