Mona Khalil, PhD, RDN, LD

Dr. Mona Khalil is a licensed and registered dietitian nutritionist with over 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition, research, and patient education. She is credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the State of Texas. Dr. Khalil provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and practices using evidence-based guidelines.

Her work spans critical care, oncology, and community health, with a focus on disease prevention and wellness. She earned her PhD in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University, where her research centered on improving fruit and vegetable intake among at-risk youth. Her professional interests include child and adolescent nutrition, women’s health, and cancer prevention.

Dr. Khalil also volunteers her time teaching nutrition in schools and speaking at professional conferences, including the Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Society for Nutrition.
