Great experience with my EMG procedure technician explained everything and was great procedure dr albaeer IS A phenomenal neurologist doctor my EMG test wasn't so bad I survive the procedure even though I don't like needles highly recommend my family and friends to CLS HEALTHCARE FACILITY AND GREAT doctors ?? thank you Dr albaeer and the technician for everything

This neurologist office is great!!! The front desk ladies are awesome! Kytzia is the nicest and greatest communicator!!! Marisol is the sweetest too! Most importantly the Dr.Al Baeer MD is very kind and understanding!!!

I loved the new patient experience! The staff was “on point” down from the scheduler, medical assistant, doctor! Dr. Al Baeer was very attentive & picked up on context clues within the conversation with my son, the patient. His bedside manner was superb! We’re just waiting on the medication to be sent over to the pharmacy.

Dr. Al Baeer is very personable, he is hands on and very knowledgeable he takes time and explains ,orders test and divise the appropriate treatment plan.

I visited Dr. Al Baeer’s office the day after Christmas, and I really appreciated that they were open during the holidays. The facility is currently under renovation, but it looks like it’s going to be very nice once everything is finished. It was a little further out than I like to go but definitely worth the professionalism and expertise. The front staff was friendly, and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The nurse initially didn’t seem big on offering advice, and it didn’t feel like the office works with seniors as much as you’d expect for the type of care they provide. However, the doctor was thorough in ordering the necessary tests, and that same nurse was very helpful when it came to making sure we got everything completed before the end of the year to maximize our benefits. Overall, there were a few mixed moments, but I appreciated the convenience, the doctor’s thoroughness, and the effort to help us wrap things up before year.

The staff was very friendly and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything he was doing and really cared about making sure I would get the care I needed to feel better. If you want someone who really cares and will take the time to answer all your questions I would definitely schedule all your appointments with this office.

Excellent service

I am very pleased with the staff there who took care of me while was in alot of pain. Kytzia, the medical assistant really worked hard and diligently to make sure everything was set to go while I experienced a delay from our pharmacy. She stayed after hours to fix a problem that was being prolonged for no reason. I appreciate all of their efforts.
