Dr.Baracy is the best OBGYN! He takes time to listen to everything I have to say even if I’m being a nervous wreck. Highly recommend him! He is keeping my pregnancy a happy time with no worrying in my mind!

I am a husband and I have two daughters never had the privilege of attending prenatal check-up appointments . I always took my wife to all her check ups with the hope of being able to go with her inside, but they did not allow me so i always had to wait in the car. This is our third pregnancy and the people at this place are so special and kind. They allow me to be with my wife in every process. They even allow my 6 and 3 year old daughters to be there too. Thanks to Dr. Michael Baracy Jr. and his entire team, they are spectacular. They give us a wonderful experience. God bless you forever.

Hello, I hope this story can help someone. My husband and I have been trying to have children for over two years. Since I was young, I’ve had problems with my period (it was often delayed and very heavy). I visited many doctors, some in my country and others here, but they always told me it was normal. The last time I saw a doctor was because my period had lasted more than 25 days, but again, I was told, “Every woman is different, and every period is different. It’s normal.” After that, I decided not to go to the doctor anymore because, according to everyone, it was all normal. However, my period got worse. In 2023, I only had my period twice during the entire year, and in December 2023, it was so heavy that it lasted until June 2024. I was feeling very unwell, so I decided to seek medical help. I found a gynecologist near my home in Texas City and made an appointment. From the first day, he identified my condition: polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). He gave me medication to stop my period (due to prolonged bleeding, I had developed anemia) and sent me to an infusion center to treat the anemia. Then, he found that I needed a hysteroscopy and surgery to prevent heavy bleeding in the future. The anemia went away, and the surgery was successful. From then on, I just needed to watch my diet to keep the PCOS under control. Later, the doctor asked if we wanted to have a baby, and we said yes. In September, we started the treatment, and I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. My husband and I had started to think that maybe we wouldn’t be able to have children, but thanks to God and the doctor, we succeeded. My first appointment with Dr. Baracy was in June 2024, and my first pregnancy appointment was in October 2024.

I recently had to change my OBGYN because I moved to a different part of town. I picked Dr. Baracy at the moment because he was the only one, I found to make Saturday appts. Since the first visit Dr. Baracy makes you feel- warm and cared for. He takes his time to sit next to you- draw out a picture if he has to just to make sure you completely understand what he is talking about. He takes his time in every visit and answers any and all questions (omg I have so many every time). The wait time is not bad at all if you make an appt. The staff is very friendly.

My wife has been going to him since UTMB wanna play around with my wife’s health. He has done seen here and treated her along with a surgery in less time than what UTMB did in months we absolutely would recommend him to anyone who needs his care

Dr. Baracy was absolutely wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and kind. His bedside manner is amazing, which is hard to come by with some doctors, but Dr. Baracy made us feel welcome and did not rush us out of the office, as I’ve experienced with other providers in the past. My husband and I will be first time parents and this is my first pregnancy, and Dr. Baracy listened to all of the questions we had and provided us with detailed information for genetic testing regarding our specific our situation. We live in West Texas and hate that we will not be able to see him as our regular obstetrician for the remainder of my pregnancy. If you are looking for an OBGYN in or near Webster area, I strongly recommend you give Dr. Baracy a call. UPDATE: After giving birth in Midland, TX, we moved back to the Houston area and I returned to Dr. Baracy’s care. Soon after giving birth, I ended up with a severe case of mastitis that ended me in the ER that my other OB was unable to resolve in Midland. Dr. Baracy was able to thoroughly assess and resolve the problem. He is quite literally a lifesaver. He has allowed me to start enjoying being a mother. I live approximately 40 minutes from his office now (without traffic) but I will continue making the drive to remain under his care. Hands down the best OB I’ve ever had and I am eternally grateful for his help.

Had my 5th baby with Dr baracy and he was always so attentive with me and patient with taking my kids to my appointment. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend him.

Really like this doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything to you. The reason I don’t give 5 star is because the patient rooms feels like a “sterile hospital” it needs a woman’s touch to decorate and make it more welcoming and comfortable and steered towards woman. Would like to see maybe a rug on the cold floors in the rooms. Maybe some pictures of babies the doctor delivered spread across the office. When speaking to one of the girls that did my vitals she said undress and “your cover is over there” the cover she mentioned tears very easily when you move. A washable cotton gown would be much nicer and comfortable for patients. Also, the chair where the exam takes place was stationed with a “puppy pad” for lack of better words that falls off when you scoot to end of the chair for your exam. Didn’t care for that because it was a bit embarrassing. Like I mentioned the doctor himself is incredible. The space just needs a woman’s touch to make it more comfortable and welcoming.

Dr. Baracy and his team are absolutely amazing. This is my first pregnancy and he is very attentive, patient, and understanding with all of my questions or concerns. I was very nervous at the beginning of my pregnancy due to a previous miscarriage, however he has calmed all of my nerves. He also is great at allowing my fiancé to be involved in appointments and ultrasounds. I am beyond grateful to have found him for my pregnancy needs and cannot recommend him enough!

Absolutely 1000000% recommend Dr. Baracy. He was so attentive and answered all my questions, I switch doctors at 36 weeks pregnant and am so glad I did. Nothing wrong with my previous doctor just wasn’t a good fit for me! But he is absolutely wonderful!

I am not a fan of male OB/GYNs but I cannot recommend him enough to all my girlies! Not a creep, incredibly knowledgeable, and will take the time to educate you so you can make your own informed decisions. Very kind and compassionate with a great bedside manner, and will work with you to get you what you need.

Dr.Baracy has been amazing thus far. This is my first baby and you’d think I would be nervous and stressed out, but he has a way of making me feel confident and comfortable. The appointments have been short, sweet, and to the point but in a way where you don’t feel rushed. All in all, Dr.Baracy is a great doctor and I can’t wait for him to help me bring my beautiful baby into this world!

It’s been one year since my partial hysterectomy. Dr. Baracy helped me through a devastating year with my health. I have loved this clinic through my pregnancy! Not only is Baracy amazing, but so is every other worker! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Where to even start…This man was AMAZING! From start to finish, Dr.Baracy was there for our family. My fiancé’s pregnancy was high risk almost the entire time. Baracy was gentle, attentive, caring, and made sure to keep us informed. He made sure we understood everything, and went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable. Even visiting us in the hospital when she admitted for observation. 5+ Stars! Thank you for delivering our baby girl. Highly recommend!

Dr.Baracy just did a laparoscopy on me. He is the only doctor who fought with me to try to find answers & we finally did. I went through lots of specialists & people who just told me what I was feeling wasn't anything serious or they didn't bother to dig deeper. I will never be able to thank Dr.Baracy enough. He cares so much about his patients & is truly the type of doctor that this world needs. If you're looking for a gyno, i promise you will not be disappointed. His entire team is amazing. Absolutely phenomenal Dr! Dr. Baracy took care of my wife and I in an emergency situation. My wife was having pelvic cramps and contractions. On our way to Houston from Michigan, he was the only one able to accommodate us as soon as possible. He thoroughly examined my wife to make sure that she was safe, conducted multiple exams and reassured us that our future child was safe as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Baracy. I'm a first time mom with a high risk pregnancy and he's taking great care of me and my baby. He listens to all my questions and gives clear and easy to understand feedback. He also takes into consideration what you want as a patient, he doesn't just tell you what to do, he gives you options and that's really important to me. Any questions or concerns are addressed immediately. I normally go to the Texas City office but occasionally go to Webster, the staff at both sites is always super friendly, I normally don't have a long wait for my appointments. So thankful I found him.

Extremely attentive to her well being as well. Doesn’t mind going the extra mile. We have nothing but good things to say. Definitely recommending!

I just went for a depo shot I swear my appointment only took 10 minutes. Staff is nice and they're very efficient. I was also able to take my daughter in with me which is very convenient for me.

Love this place and the Obgyn is young but he is very knowledgeable about his profession and has a compassionate heart and understanding I only have experienced in seasoned much older OBGYN’s. So thankful to have found Dr Baracy. U ARE THE BEST!!

Best doctor I have ever had. He is patient with me and lets me ask questions and has cared for my needs and my unborn baby’s needs Every visit we come to we can laugh and joke and makes me feel comfortable especially with my high rate anxiety My anxiety level with doctor visits was a 10 at beginning now I’m at a 2 He is the most kind and supportive doctor I have had and like to say out loud I appreciate you.

All the stars worked as a team. From the doctor to the front staff they were nice and made you feel very comfortable. Bed manners were awesome. Concerns of the patient was awesome. The doctor explained everything he was doing and answered all questions.

There are no words I could explain how wonderful of a doctor Mr. Baracy is. Every worry and concern I had he made sure to help me through. I've had multiple losses and came to be pregnant this year, I came across Doc Baracy and explained everything that has occurred in the past, and my worries he not only took the time to listen and understand how I was feeling but he helped me believe that this time around I will be holding my rainbow and that I am. I am so blessed to have met a wonderful doctor who cared. Dr. Baracy is an amazing OB/GYN, he takes time to answer all of your questions, explains all diagnoses/procedures thoroughly, gives options and most importantly has great bed side manners and empathy and understanding for his patients. If there were a 100 stars he definitely should get it. Anyone who needs an OB/GYN or looking to replace their current doctor should consider Dr. Baracy and his staff.

I switched providers around my 24th week of pregnancy and I couldn’t have been happier. Dr Baracy was amazing throughout the rest of my pregnancy and treated me with such care! I couldn’t have been happier with him and his team. He made sure my birth was comfortable and everything went smoothly! The pain management was top tier!! If you are looking for a OB/GYN that cares about his patients I’d definitely recommend.

Great doctor I highly recommend him. If you want someone that is going to make you feel heard as a patient he is your doctor to go to. Great staff as well.

The staff and Dr. Baracy are very skilled and caring. I go there for my wellness visits and checkups. I would recommend him to any woman that is pregnant or that’s not pregnant and just needs an OBGYN. His staff is friendly and they remind you of your appointments. I also like that the office is clean and well maintained and is not dirty. I like both locations and they’re very accessible. The wait times are not long either which is very good because some places you have to wait hours.
