When I moved to Houston in 2017, finding the right doctor felt like window shopping — nothing felt quite right. It took forever, and honestly, my patience was running thin! Lol! Then earlier this year, I had to schedule my annual physical and found Dr. Maysoon on the Zocdoc app — and it was love at first sight. I’m never leaving her!!! In a short amount of time, I can tell Dr. Maysoon is a woman who wears many crowns but she carries them with so much grace! She is the epitome of strength wrapped in elegance, leading her staff with confidence and unwavering faith. As a physician, she carries the sacred weight of putting others before herself… not out of obligation, but out of calling. She is a healer, a mentor, and a leader who embodies what it means to serve with dignity. Grounded by her faith, driven by wisdom, and anchored in integrity, she leads an ALL-WOMENS team that mirrors her strength, grace, and resilience. This is not just a woman in medicine. Once a concern has been voiced, she will provide solutions and then she will be looking to get you started on what's best for you, no procrastinating! My only concern is I do feel as though the wait times get out of hand and if you have other things to do afterwards, you will need to plan ahead for your visit, however you will not leave unsatisfied. 5 stars is not enough for the service that you receive at Dr Hamed's clinic. Dr. Hamed is truly a standout physician. She’s incredibly empathetic, taking the time to really listen and explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed. You never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment on the schedule. Instead of jumping straight to prescriptions, she looks at the full picture and works with you to understand what’s really going on. I was surprised to find out about the many services that she offers in her clinic, which include Aesthetics like Botox, Fillers, and Microneedling. On this blessed Friday I had one of the most life changing experience at CLS Health. As a Syrian American patient with high health anxiety and PTSD, I felt extremely vulnerable before my visit. Upon my entrance I was warmly greeting by two women who easily took my information before I met with Dr. Maysoon Hamed. Prior to my appointment with doctor, I met two staff members named Rose and Thejal who are nothing but powerful women who advocate for the health of the patient and are a beautiful reflection of the doctor. Thejal took my questionnaire competently and gracefully while also recommending delicious local restaurants I’m excited to try. They made me feel safe and sound with ease and allowed me to express my concern which was healing. Once Dr. Hamed entered, I immediately sensed and knew I was in extremely capable, considerate, and healing hands. She did not shy away from telling me everything that would benefit my health, and scheduled a follow up appointment to further ease any concerns I had. She was able to conducted a very amazing visit while also running her office and teaching them to do the same. I felt that I was with a coach and cheerleader rather than simply a Doctor. Her certificates were admirable (including her skydiving license) and I felt that my inner child/teenager and adult self was comfortable and safe. I could not recommend CLS Health more. She did an amazing job with microneedling/PRP and sculptra; my face feels transformed already! She is super knowledgeable and uses state of the art equipment and techniques in her practice. My God, where am I to begin? A great friend of mine referred me to Dr.Hamed and she exclaimed how she is an excellent doctor. She told me that she takes care of your body from the inside out. I was skeptical of leaving Kelsey Seybold because I was a long time patient of Kelsey, but my health was not improving despite going to the doctor repeatedly from the same symptoms. In December of 2024, I took a leap of faith and made Dr. Hamed my PCP. My life was forever changed the day that I set foot in her office. My health had been in a downward spiral, and I felt like I was crawling on my last leg to get to her. Choosing her has been one of the greatest decisions I have made in my life! My health has began to change for the better and I'm just thankful to Jesus Christ that He led me to her. I have never received the care, concern, or treatment that I receive from her. Insurance denied the medication that I needed, and she fought the insurance company and WON. She truly cares for you and your health. She wants you to live an ABUNDANT life. My prayer for her is that someone is taking care of her the way that she takes care of me (us). 01/10/2025 I would like to update my previous review. I had my first visit with Dr. Hamed last year and it wasn’t good. But a few days after my first visit she called me personally and acknowledged my concerns and sent me a research paper on Lipedema. Lipedema is not well known in the US. Dr. Hamed referred me to a Lipedema doctor and plastic surgeon. I met with them in December and I was officially diagnosed with Lipedema. Dr. Hamed ordered the necessary diagnostic tests. She has been nothing but great and supportive ever since. I had a follow up visit on 01/08/25 and the visit went well. I would definitely recommend her. The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the long wait times. I had to wait over an hour to be seen but everything else was good.
