I have visited the clinic many times, where Dr. Mary Campbell-Fox is a leader for her staff in the practice of family medicine. Twenty years ago, one of my best friends was a very satisfied patient of Dr. Campbell-Fox. The area near MH Hospital SE continues to be extremely fortunate to have this clinic, with Dr. Mary’s ongoing expertise for patients. I have been particularly impressed with the front desk staff, and a nurse named Sarah, and a PA (or NP) whom I know as Ms. Vetere. The clinic is a member of the CLS group.

I've always had good experiences at this clinic. I think the doctors are excellent as well as the PAs. I can always get an appointment the same day if I suddenly become ill. I haven't had any of the problems some other patients mentioned. I highly recommend this clinic.

Great experience, excellent medical care

I've been coming to this office for about 8+years. The staff has always been very professional even when I disagree with something they are saying. Dr Campbell-Fox and Dr G are great explaining things in a way you understand. They don't rush thru the appointment and always provide the best care in my opinion. I love PA Kris Martinez, she is very knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions in a very detailed manner to where I understand. Love that they can do Xrays, stress tests, echo and Ekg in the office. This saves me from going to another facility. When I need refills I know that I can call and leave a message on the nurse line and she always calls me back within 24hrs. I don't have anything bad to say about this office. I hope they stay in network with my BCBS PPO insurance so I can continue to come here.

I have been going to this office more than 20 years. I have suffered from sinus infections and bronchitis every winter. Its day after Christmas and the PA, Brenda, was the only one working. She did not prescribe the medications I needed to treat bronchitis. As an asthmatic I was not prescribed albuterol inhaler or antibiotics. I was simply given a steroid shot which in the past has never worked for me. She did not review my records to see what has worked and what hasn't. They were closing early and I was their last patient & they wanted to get me out the door so they could close early and go home. I was not prescribed enough cough syrup to last 7 days as the bottle states. 10 ml dose x 4 times a day for 7 days is suppose to be 280 ml. I was give only 200 ml. When I called the day before New Years Eve to let them know I was running out and would not have enough to get me through the holidays, the nurse told me I had plenty to last until after New Years Day which was the 7th day. She would not refill my prescription. I ran out and had to suffer with a terrible cough to where no one wanted to be near me on New Years Day. I have left message for the nurse to call me to get a refill. Still waiting for the nurse to call me back.

The new scheduling desk is NOT efficient. The people scheduling don’t seem to be organized, difficult to understand. Not a fan. Otherwise all of the clinic staff in Dr Campbell Fox’s office are top notch.

I love the whole clinic, every one is very nice and professional. And ofcourse I love my Dr, she is always listen to my problem and give me the best advice.

I have been going Doctor Campbell office for almost 10yrs now, she and her group have been there for me through my mental health, loss of pregnancy's, pregnancy, and she found my cancer. I am thankful to Doctor Campbell that I am now cancer free for 3yrs.
