Marilyn E. Copeland, MD

Dr. Marilyn E. Copeland is a board certified physician specializing in orthopedic sports medicine, seeing patients at our Clear Lake Campus. She completed her fellowship in sports medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics. With extensive experience in athletic care, she has served as a team physician for a range of collegiate and high school sports programs.

Dr. Copeland has contributed to orthopedic research as both a lead investigator and research associate, with a focus on biomechanics and sports-related injuries. She is an active member of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, reflecting her commitment to excellence in musculoskeletal care.
