Dr. Harmouch was professional and had done his homework on my situation. He explained clearly, even drawing a diagram of what he was going to do. His assistant followed up with a clear, detailed account of how to prepare for the colon surgery and what to expect afterwards. I am fully confident that I have chosen the right surgeon.

I have been a patient of CLS for about 10 years. I've had nothing but good things to say about the care I've received up until now. The care I received from Dr. Harmouch was not just good it was exceptional. I didn't want to have surgery. I Talked myself out of it for an entire year with at least 5 different doctors. Dr. Harmouch's bedside manner from our initial visit all the way up to the day of surgery put me at ease. He was very patient with me, gave me my options and then his professional opinion on which procedure would be best for me. Then he explained the procedure in great detail. He didn't even get annoyed with me when I made an additional appointment the day before surgery just so he could explain the procedure to me one more time. (I was thinking about backing out again) I wouldnt have had surgery if it weren't for Dr. Harmouch. If you need surgery and have any concerns at all like I did, this is your doctor. I can't thank him enough for what he and his office has done for me. I hope I don't need anymore surgeries but if I do I will definitely use him again. Care doesn't get any better than this. He is at the top of my list of best doctors I've seen and I've seen a lot. Actually all the doctors I've seen at Clear Lake Specialties has been really good. But he has been the best! Thank you! I was in a lot of pain prior to surgery with Dr. M. Harmouch and Dr. Harmouch’s bedside manner should be bottled and sold, he would make a mint! The staff in the Webster office is very efficient and pleasant. The Webster office is clean and I was seen in a timely manner. BTW 3 days after surgery I was pain free! Great experience, I highly recommend this doctor and his Webster office.

I am not the most easy patient but he was 100% the best! There was a small hiccup with my hospital discharge papers and I called his weekend On-Call and spoke with them and he called me back in less than a minute to get everything resolved. I saw Dr Harmouche for repair of my abdominal hernia. He is a kind caring Dr. He took my case when others wouldn't. I had scheduled my surgery for March so I could lose a few pounds. I am one of Jehovahs Witnesses and do not take blood. Because of adhesions another Dr said I would have to spend 2 months in rehab and would have to cut me open. Dr Harmouche said he could do it laparoscopically and he did. It made my healing time so much faster. I was released today at my final appointment. If I ever have to have surgery again he will be my surgeon.

I REALLY like this guy. Met with him yesterday. First of all when a Doctor walks in the room and introduces himself and shakes you hand before anything…..That already earns my respect. Doc wanted to know all the information first from my own mouth before speaking to me about anything treatment related. Didn’t tell me he wanted to Exam me…..He ASKED if he could. Another major respect earned from me. After the examination he explained everything to me from a photo he took and drew a picture to make sure I fully grasped everything. Instead of saying let’s just do surgery to fix your issue, he understood that I have had a really rough month and came up with a plan to let things die down and heal but also improve symptoms. He was very clear, calm and precise. Great “bedside manner”, Used a very calm and soothing voice when explaining everything and gave me all the materials and information I need for success. I could not be happier with my visit, treatment and the plan we put in action. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor. If I have any reservations about a doctor I will tell you, I do not hide my opinion from anyone. This is not the case. This is a really good dude and everything you want from a Doctor.

I feel very comfortable with Dr. Hamoush. He is understanding, gentle, and explains what he does.He takes his time and listens to concerns. I was a bit disappointed with communication after surgery. My Healow app is not working, so I had to call with follow up questions, and it was difficult to get the answers to my questions, but it was also right before Thanksgiving.

Dr. Harmouch did a great job and removed the mass in my colon leaving very little pain. I was so elated when he casually went over the procedure and pathology results and just as casually said it wasn't cancer. I wanted to hug him & do a happy dance after the anxiety of the previous 2 12 weeks. Oh, well...it was just another surgery to him. Maybe he could lead with the good news and be happy with us. I love him anyway and hope we don't have to have a repeat performance in the future! ??

I found Dr. Harmouch without referral because I had a hard time getting taken seriously for my small hernia from others I saw. At my appointment he was very nice and personable and agreed we could fix it. In surgery I ended up having 2 hernias and they were both fixed and I'm doing great 6 weeks out. I appreciate him listening to me, to help me get back to a better quality of life.

Dr. Maamoun Harmouch is an excellent surgeon! My sister had a really rough time finding an attentive surgeon who really cares about his patients. Luckily, we found one. After the surgery we saw a drastic improvement in her health and quality of life, which was a relief for the whole family. The doctor and his staff were very helpful throughout the whole process and made it easy for us to navigate through such a hard time for our family. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Harmouch!
