I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zeid, my OB-GYN. From the front desk staff to the delivery, everything was professional and friendly. The wait times were super short, and Dr. Zeid took me in at 35 weeks when my previous doctor left without transferring me to another provider. I am so grateful to Dr. Zeid for being understanding and supportive during such a stressful time. The entire remainder of my pregnancy and delivery of my baby girl went as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Thank you, Dr. Zeid and your team, for your exceptional care!

I have been seeing Dr. Zeid since 2018 and now he will be delivering my 3rd child next month. All I can say is WOW! hands down one of the best doctors I have seen and I’m very picky and peculiar about my doctors. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, done right , and done smoothly. He answers all of your question and explains everything to the T. One of the great things about Dr. Zeid is that he’s always available to answer any questions you have on the portal, he always responds back in a timely manner. I have nothing but great things to say which is why I drive from The Woodlands to see him. Super smart and definitely knows how to handle tough cases.

I’m not sure how I can fully express my gratitude to Dr. Zeid and his office. I was a new patient who showed up after scheduling an appointment only the day before for significant bleeding/pain that I suspected was due to my IUD. He squeezed me into his busy schedule, did a thorough work up, and quickly replaced my IUD. The IUD removal and placement was so easy and quick- I experienced little to no pain and felt so much relief. I am so grateful to him and his staff; no other office was willing to squeeze me in like that. He saved me weeks of pain waiting to see someone else.

"GOOD POINTS: The office was always clean, and the staff was always friendly when I came in. Also, not many people are on their waiting area, I thought that was nice. BAD POINTS: Being pregnant could be stressful in so many ways. You always want to make sure the doctor is looking out for you, the baby, and your best interest, especially if you are a first-time time mom. I don't think this will be a smooth experience with a first-time mom. ( going for my 4th) And the big problem is insurance. Many times, they were lost over the phone to what insurance I needed to have. My first insurance wasn't in network with their two hospitals, but because they took so long to give me the registration, I wasted a long time. I change insurance since changing a doctor is difficult when you are a "" transfer patient "" plus being 6 months pregnant. I took their recommendation and guess what!, out of network, even though I told them what type of insurance I was getting. Finally, I decided to change insurance and another doctor at 8 months pregnant. It was hard, but after millón calls, I did."

I loved Dr. Zeid. Any questions he explains it all for you to understand. He gives you his full attention. If I needed to be seen he would make it happen. I recommend him for sure.

Highly recommended!! If you don't speak English, they help you with translation. The doctor is very respectful and kind and her MA are, too.

ME AND MY CO WORKER WERE TALKING ABOUT MY INFERTILITY ISSUES AND IVE BEEN TO OVER 10 OBGYN’S IN THE PAST 7 YEARS AND SHE GAVE ME DR ZEIDS OFFICE NUMBER AND SHE CONVINCED ME THAT HE WAS THE BEST FOR MY MEDICAL ISSUES: ENDOMETRIOSIS, FIBROIDS AND PCOS. THE MOMENT I WALKED I THAT OFFICE I FELT A SENSE OF RELEASE. HE K EW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT AND IM HAPPY TO KNOW OUT OF ALL MY OBGYN’S DR ZEID IS FINALLY GOING TO DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO TREAT ME. HE DIDNT GIVE ME THE RUNAROUNDS OR ANYTHING. HE WAS SOO POLITE AND THE STAFF WAS AS WELL. ONCE EVERYTHING IS DONE I CANT WAIT TO GIVE EVERYONE AN UPDATE. HE GOT RIGHT TO THE POINT AND IVE BEEN THE HAPPIEST PERSON SINCE I LEFT THE OFFICE.

Can not write a review about anything in specific because ai have not been able to see him ‘ but I could say there is no one to take a call and that is something that dose not look right. I’ve been trying to call this OB-GYN office for a few days, but there’s no answer. I followed the prompts — pressed 1 for appointments and 2 for staff — but still couldn’t get through, and there’s no option to leave a message. I am trying to make an appointment. Because I was referred to Dr. Zeus by someone at Dr. Bslstd. Thank you

Very professional Doctor.

Dr. Zeid delivered my son in 2019 and was my OB the entire pregnancy. I was 23 and not in a stable relationship & barely getting my life started so I was very nervous! Dr. Zeid was very helpful and calmed any anxieties. The fact that he shows up to delivery is huge. I was due 2 days before Christmas and I remember reading how common it is for c-sections to be scheduled for the holidays. He reassured me that a natural labor will be prioritized unless mine or baby's safety is at risk. My labor and birth were a breeze! I continued to see Dr. Zeid as a gyno until 2023 when I had some major life changes and was unable to come in. I saw a different doctor in the meantime who functions as a PCP as he checks for more than just things under the gyno umbrella for my annual exams. I recently got married and we're thinking about trying in the next year, so my doctor recommended I visit Dr. Zeid again for a preconception appointment since I had a great experience with him already. My son had to go with me and even after not seeing me for years, he remembered me and was excited to see my son since he delivered him! I am very excited to have Dr. Zeid as my OB again.

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to the honorable Dr. Louay Zaid, his clinic, and all the nurses for their warm welcome and kind cooperation. One of the best things I found at the clinic was that there were no long waiting times; that was wonderful. I am grateful to Dr. Louay Zaid because he was truly an amazing doctor in working with me during my pregnancy. The doctor's approach was extremely reassuring. When I visited Dr. Zaid, I felt comfortable and confident in his ability to provide the necessary care. Now, I have completed the pregnancy phase with ease. Dr. Zeid is very knowledgeable and efficient gynecologist who I met in my lifetime. Only thing I can’t send my messages directly to Dr. Zeid through CLS portal without his non technical assistance interference which needs to fix it by IT team. Always when I tested with Pap smear with female inefficient gynecologist test made me little cramping pain in the abdomen, little bleeding and when they pushed in my vagina then my rectum and urinary bladder made me urgent bathroom and motion. I felt lots of discomfort. But at this year, when Dr. Zeid did Pap smear extremely good, I didn’t feel any discomfort in my rectum and urinary bladder, also no bleeding. He did amazing experience work, I love his efficient work. But only thing he does not have time to dig research into new menopause products stuff.

I was a new patient. They got me in a room not 5 mins in. Rooms are super clean and nice. MA Jackie was super nice! Doctor came in right away and was very understanding and giving me options and explaining everything and was making friendly conversation. Definitely a good place if you need a new gynecologist. :)

When I unexpectedly developed preeclampsia and had to deliver my baby boy at just 25 weeks, Dr. Zeid acted quickly and safely brought him into the world. Even after delivery, he continues to ask about my son at every appointment, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. I had also heard so many horror stories about painful IUD insertions and Pap smears, but Dr. Zeid made every procedure completely comfortable and painless. This is the first time in a VERY long time that I have received quality service and felt heard about my medical concerns. Dr. Zeid and his staff (especially Jacqueline) were professional, thorough, and kind. My previous gynecologist relocated to another state, and finding a new one was tedious. Dr. Zeid answered all my questions and did not rush my appointment. He personally returned my call regarding a concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Louay Zeid and his staff.

I don’t know what’s more disappointing, trying to get medical insurance or having almost everything at your appointment done wrong. This is technically my first OB-GYN, however I really didn’t have a problem with him, more about the staff around him. I had my first appointment around the 4th of december, and everything seemed ok, he saw me, we talked about things, and then he ordered a set of shots from me to check up on my health along with my babies. My husband who was accompanying me had asked if with the blood test we would be able to find out the gender, he told us yes, and that results could take about 1-2 weeks; which I was ok with. Long story short, not only did they not report that I wanted to know the gender via the bloodshot, but they also had scheduled me an ultrasound with another provider that not only doesn’t take my insurance but that would basically charge me $1500 for it. Money that I simply do not have. I’ve tried calling multiple times about the issue, but every time I have I’ve either A.been told it’s been forwarded to the team and that they’ll look into it (with no follow-up call about it) or B. They just don’t answer and I’m left having to contact another department to try to reach them about the problem. I understand it’s the holidays, but I went there early in the month for a reason. It’s just disheartening that your told one thing, and then your left having to figure out things on your own. Even with insurance…

Friendly, competent and caring.

All the years of being in the unknown and going through so much pain. This man took less than five minutes to tell me I have fibroids. It really makes you think when you visit certain specialists if they know what they are talking about. I am very glad Jesus led me me to CLS Health.
