I’ve only known the staff of this doctors office for a whole 2 and a half hours but they were so good to me and I cannot express this enough how important it is for me to not only really be seen but also really be heard. They nailed it, yall. & now they’re stuck with me lol. If you’re looking for a new doctor, go here. They’ve got some amazing people working there. Physicians are very approachable and knowledgeable especially Dr. Sheung who is so super warm and and very nice and also with Dr. Attia who is so attentive and very caring to us. The support team like the Patient Representatives, Secretaries and the RN’s were very attentive, courteous and very professional. Excellent patient quality care!!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Attia at CLS Health for a while now, and at this point, he’s the only doctor I trust with my health. I’ve seen other doctors before… let’s just say they made me appreciate Dr. Attia even more. He actually listens, explains things clearly, and doesn’t make you feel like you’re on a timer. Also, whoever drew my blood deserves a medal—or at least a raise. I’ve had plenty of places turn a simple blood draw into a full-on treasure hunt for a vein, but she got it done quick, smooth, and painless like it was nothing. Honestly impressive. The most despicable experience from a pediatric office. My children were in need of new PCP. I scheduled with someone from their office, specifically asking if Dr. Attia was accepting new pediatric patients and asking if I could book an appointment for an 18 month routine checkup for my baby. The personnel said yes and proceeded to confirm my insurance to continue with scheduling. Long story short: they called a few days before the appointment to notify that the doctor was no longer at the location scheduled. I said it was fine. On the day of the appointment, I attempted to call to let them know I may be a few minutes late, took the tollway and ended up on time instead; in the middle of driving, I was unable to reach their office directly, but when I got ahold of someone, they directed me to the office. I was told 1. The doctor was NOT IN THE OFFICE 2. The doctor ISN’T TAKING PATIENTS FOR ROUTINE CHECKUPS. They nearly left me stranded with a sick baby, 5 minutes away from their office, paid toll, and a waste of time. Their saving grace: the personnel I was speaking with offered and committed to finding me another doctor that’ll take me in same-day. I’m at a loss for any more words to describe this experience… be wary of online positive reviews. Often times than not, it is not a direct reflection of what you’ll get. ——— The doctor reached out: I can appreciate and respect any one of any profession that is committed to creating a balance between supporting their employees/staff, taking accountability for their wrong, and satisfying the customer/patient. I would definitely go again, if their services were applicable to my needs.
