Jose J. Perez, MD, FASN

Dr. Jose J. Perez is a board-certified nephrologist with extensive experience in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, and dialysis management. He completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, followed by residency and fellowship training at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Perez is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered kidney care and is actively involved in clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
