I'm feeling, for sure, that with the right Doctor, to fulfill, my needs to help me to breath better, praying for recovery. I now have my complete, network of Physician, to help me work through the recovery of my medical needs and with nursi g, physical and occupational therapy in my home as well as a provider to help assist me in my daily needs. I really like Doctor Scoons, and we will make this all happen, with the care of my COPD, needs

I arrived 30 minutes early as a new patient but was not seen until 45 minutes after my appointment time. Otherwise, very professional and competent handling.

Went to see Doctor Scoon for some ongoing lung issues I was having. She was absolutely amazing very patient and very thoughtful In her delivery method of news and potential diagnosis. Alexa was the tech and she was amazing very thorough and professional. answered all my questions and was very clear about the pathway to treatment.

My care here was absolutely incredible. Everyone was attentive and caring from the front desk receptionist, to my nurse, Alexis, to Dr. Scoon herself. She was so attentive and kind and she answered all of my questions in such a helpful manner and quickly figured out the best care for my needs. I live about hour away but the drive was absolutely well worth it.

Dr. Scoon is very professional, her assessments are very complete and she finds the time to explain every aspect of my health status and findings in a very clear way and make sure I understand my diagnosis and my treatments.

Dr. Scoon is one of the friendliest, most supportive doctors I’ve ever seen! Today was my first visit with her and I felt very heard. She is very kind and empathetic, but also extremely intelligent. The nurse who was with me through triage and my tests today was also amazing! Had some issues with my insurance verification in the beginning (my insurance’s fault, not the front desk), but the nurse was very adamant on getting me in and didn’t want me waiting to see the doctor because of that. 10/10 experience overall!

Where do i start? Let’s just say that from the customer service on the phone to getting to my first appt today, I’m extremely satisfied with my choice for picking Dr. Scoon at CLS GALLERIA. Wendy, was very personable and helpful with her follow up call to me prior to my appt and she greeted me with such a warm welcome. Dr. Scoon came in and welcomed me as well, and immediately begin to ask questions in regards to what could have led to my lung issues and the history of it happening. I appreciate the time she took with me and immediately knowing that I needed immediate testing to get to the root cause and also allergy testing to see if there’s an issue there as well. I’m so happy with the choice that I made to choose CLS and Dr. Scoon. I know that I will be well taken care of in her hands.

The staff from the front desk to employees in the office are helpful and courteous. Dr Scoon is very thoughtful and she listens to me. Testing in the office is convenient. Their lab and Xray offices are onsite and easy to find. Dr.Scoon is very knowledgeable, and she is on time. There is a nice pharmacy in one building with a coffee shop. I’m very glad I found her.

The staff was very friendly. The wait time was minimal and Dr Scoon was professional and has a way of alleviating any "alarming" diagnoses. She was also very helpful in referring me to specialists who can further my diagnosis, and immediately contacted my PCP for any referencable information. I was in and out relatively quickly, and the time between scheduling and availability was very minimal. Highly recommended

She even listened and offered solutions to some of my other medical issues I have had going on for a very long time. I wish ALL doctors were like her and her team. If more doctors were like her, I would not have some of the issues I have had for years now. I will be sure to come to her for all my pulmonary needs if ever needed in the future. I also trust her recommendations for other doctors I might need. I thank God I scheduled with her. I am really hopeful for resolution to my current breathing concerns and think Dr. Scoon will help resolve them. Dr. Scoon was able to get me in on a Friday late afternoon for an asthmatic consultation. She was very thorough in her assessment and patient history and took her time to help me understand my concerns. She is full of compassion and definitely cares about her patients and getting them feeling better. The office is very clean with all brand new equipment and I didn’t need to go anywhere else for treatment.

Update 2 (Five stars) They turned a detractor into a promoter. Administration and support staff were well organized and communicative. Doctor was engaging, professional, thorough, and gave us time. All organizations will fumble sometimes, it's how they handle the fumbles that indicate their dedication and competence. Dr. Scoon and her office are five stars. Update 1 (Three stars) Updating after speaking with a Clinical Supervisor that reached out to me. The reach out was sincere, effective, and left me believing my negative experience (below) was an anomaly and not due to a poorly run organization. Original review below (One star) Did not get to see the Dr. Scoon today because the administration is unorganized. We went to our appointment at the date, time and location that was communicated to us. This location was incorrect. We arrived thirty minutes before our appointment and checked in, then waited until one hour and ten minutes after our appointment time. During that period, we checked in at the front desk multiple times to ensure the office was aware of our presence. Only one hour and ten minutes after our appointment time did the reception realize we had been sent to the wrong location. Also, the medical forms sent to us looked like they were scanned in 1996. They asked much information that had already been provided. Not confidence inspiring. We will be seeking care elsewhere.

Caring provider, caring medical staff. I came in for an ER follow up extremely sick and dehydrated. I felt seen, I felt heard, I was cared for. As a black women t I am so grateful for Dr Scoon and her medical assistant (Wendy) I believe her name is. I am getting excellent medical treatment. I am so grateful. As scared as I am about my health, my fears are in the hands of a medical team that cares. I would give them more stars if possible. They deserve five star treatment.
