Jawdat R Hafez, DPM

Dr. Jawdat Hafez is a board-certified podiatric surgeon dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered foot and ankle care. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his foot and ankle surgical residency at University Hospitals in collaboration with The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Since joining CLS Health in 2016, Dr. Hafez has focused on providing safe, effective, and efficient treatment using advanced medical technology.
