And I will be back when my family situation will permit for me to have the surgery.

A miracle foot doctor healed a bone spur and an infection

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. Hafez. While waiting in the waiting room and seeing all of the older patients I expected a much older gentleman. Dr. Hafez and his medical assistants were very nice. I liked his energy and he seems to be a very knowledgeable, genuine, and someone who can relate to the younger patients (I’m not young but I’m not a golden- ager). I look forward towards my next appointment!

Dr. Hafez is caring, great, and precise because he ended up saving my dad’s leg. My dad is a diabetic and ended up having a diabetic ulcer on his leg. My dad followed his instructions and the follow up visits were every 2 weeks. After 2 months things are getting better, but following his instructions helped a lot. Thank you Dr. Hafez!

Without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever seen! On a visit for some broken toes, the doctor asked about my treatment for lymphedema. I wasn't getting any! He called someone to come to my home the next day who immediately ordered a pump for my legs. He truly is a very caring and skilled physician.

I was lucky enough to have him treat me in the hospital. I was about to lose several toes if not all. I had a serious infection with lack of blood flow and gangrene. He was the only one that had hope and the determination to try and save them and he did. I would recommend him highly.

Had a ingrown toenail on each foot got in got out within 30 minutes to get it taken care of. Great doctor!

I’m giving 4 stars due to the lack of follow up from his staff. I was promised pain meds after surgery and never received. I even called the office to remind them after the meds from surgery wore off. Luckily I have pain meds on hand for an auto immune disorder but now I will have to explain why I’ve taken more than usual when it’s time for a refill. I’m only a few days after my surgery so hopefully everything heals well. I will post at the end of my recovery as well. I do like Dr. Hafez very much. He is very smart and explains extremely well without making you feel rushed.

Dr. Hafez has treated me on separate occasions for plantar fasciitis. He provided a thorough description of the issue through visual models of the foot. He helped me on one occasion with an injection to relieve serious pain, but also gave me proper stretching exercises. With his exercises and a shoe insert, I'm completely relieved of pain. He remembers me each time i see him and is an excellent foot doctor. As a side note, I see him at the HEB and again he remembers me with persona greetings.

Dr Hafez performed surgery on my husband John T. Walker on 29 December 2016. A surgery that should have been quick and easy and was neither and to complicate the issue John was an insulin dependent diabetic which of course complicates both surgery and healing. Post Op care was absolutely phenomenal cannot ask for a more caring and professional doctor and staff. Always a smile and kindness from both Doctor and Melissa. If I lived in the area I would absolutely use him as my physician - but living in Cypress is just a little too far to travel.

Dr Havel is a fantastic Podiatrist. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude toward patient care really shows he wants to help. Usually, like everyone else, I don’t like going to the doctor, but if all doctors had his personality I wouldn’t ever mind going to see a doctor.
