Always feeling welcome and the staff is on their game

Dr. Rios was very nice and caring. I took my uncle for his shoulder pain and the doctor make him feel comfortable and confident about his recovery.

My wait time was minimal and the check in experience was easy. My pain was bad but not bad enough for another injection. So Dr Rios helped me understand how I could do exercises and take physical therapy to gain strength and alleviate the pain. Dr Rios added a special patch to the physical therapy and it did help.

10/24 :The customer service at Dr Rios was exceptional. Hoping the treatment I received relieves my foot problems. 01/25 : Update. Up to date I have received 4 shockwave treatments for my planter fasciitis and it has made a tremendous difference on my foot. The pain in my heel is completely gone. In the last 2 treatments, Dr Rios concentrated on my arch and side as I was still having a bit of discomfort in those areas. I plan on getting yearly preventative treatments as I DO NOT want to suffer with this issue ever again in my life. It took such a toll on my physical and mental health. Thank you Dr Rios.

It’s always a very pleasant experience & much appreciated the time taken by Dr Rios to fully explain everything from cause of symptoms, complete explanation of test results and preventive measures to be aware of. His professionalism along with the kindness/humorous/informative nature he displays to his patients is greatly appreciated.

I saw him a few years ago for a hematoma on my shin. After reviewing the x-ray with me, he drained it and the hematoma eventually got better without any complications. I am seeing him again tomorrow for a shoulder injury.

Good communication and clean environment

Dr Rios was very friendly and was good at explaining options. The cortisone shot was difficult, but bearable, and the response was within a couple of days. Such a relief. I will be going back to him.

I had an appointment today with Dr Rios for pain in my thumb/wrist. He is so nice. He explained my diagnosis and treatment plan. I even got my x-ray and brace in his office, didn't have to go anywhere else. He even recalled my previous knee injury. His staff was super nice from my check in to making follow-up appointments. No waiting in the office to be seen. The office is new and clean. Location is convenient, same building as my other Doctors. I highly recommend Dr Rios!!!

I saw Dr Rios 2 days ago for a shoulder problem. I arrived early knowing there would be papers to fill out. I had just sat down when I was brought to a room. History was gathered, and I was promptly in x-Ray. I no sooner got back to the room, and the Doc came in. He was thorough in getting my history and with his exam. We discussed his diagnosis and a treatment plan. His technique while doing a steroid injection was flawless. He warned me of some residual discomfort following the injection...it was very tolerable. This office provided the most efficient doctors visit I have ever experienced. I will be going back if I need orthopaedic intervention again.

I saw Dr. Rios for achilles tendon problem several years ago. He was great. Last year I suggested my wife see him for knee problems. She saw him several times and also gives him five stars.

Best place to go if you have broken bones. Dr. Rios is very warm , friendly and sincere. His attending nurse is the same way. I feel welcomed and care for every time I step through the door. Everyone is so supportive and friendly. You can’t go wrong here if you have a broken bones. A TEN for me!!!!

I have been in panic mode since Jan 2nd because of my diagnosis. My PCP referred me to Dr Javier Rios and he took all my panic away..he was attentive, nice and a cheerful man. Now I can go on with my life living healthy!! The staff and nurses were also amazing and sweet! CLS Health and their doctors are making waves now. They are very professional and great doctors!! Dr. Rios is an amazing caregiver, I trust him implicitly. My family and I have seen him for many orthopedic issues over the years. While he’s not a surgeon, he is a very skilled clinician. He’s a perfect candidate if you’re wanting a doctor who doesn’t skip less invasive treatments in favor of surgery but if surgery is warranted he won’t have you coming back for treatments just to line his pockets, as many others would. He’s quick to say when surgery IS your best option and refer to very competent colleagues he trusts. He’s taken care of me for both wrist and knee issues, also my husband and sister and I can say his care was consistently great for all 3 of us. Absolutely love him.

I went to receive relief from shoulder tightness with numbness and tingling in my arm and fingers. With the PT assistance from Dr. Rios and his team, this issue is resolved. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

Good doctor! I hurt my hip pretty bad. I truly felt like it was going to be a surgical issue. Dr. Rios recommended physical therapy. To work particular muscles and stretching. I have no more pain 2.5 months later. The wait for my appointment was only 5 minutes.

I met with Dr. Rios this morning regarding a hand fracture. The office was very efficient and attended to me very quickly. The staff was cordial and accommodating. Dr. Rios had a great sense of humor, was engaged in Understanding my injury, and how I was feeling. After reviewing my x-ray and listening to what I had to say, he gave me the good news. He was friendly and open in conversation which made me feel comfortable and reduced the stress that I was initially feeling. Great doctor and a good human. I will definitely go back.

Dr. Rios listened to everything I had to share during my follow up appointment. He was receptive to my concerns and willing to change my treatment plan. I shared that the PT group that I was referred to was unable to accommodate my work hours and he said that he would try other PT groups for better availability. Top notch for sports medicine

I was in a significant amount of pain. I called for an appointment on Wednesday at 430 they fit me in the following day. Insurance was verified, was in room within 10 minutes of arriving saw the assistant she took me in for an X-ray saw Dr Rios very soon after. He pin pointed my problem. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. He was fantastic!

Great doctor. But why does the office tell you to be there 30 minutes before your appt time? All we did when we arrived was give them our name, then we sat and waited for 30 minutes. It's disrespectful of our time.
