This doc and this clinic are fantastic. I really can’t say enough about how accommodating and helpful Dr. Mohammed and his staff are. Special shoutouts to Asia at the front desk and his MA Sandy. Sandy has gone above and beyond to help me deal with insurance headaches and letters I’ve needed. Their in-house lab is also stellar. Dr. Mohammed himself is super friendly, makes everything easy to understand, and wants to make sure you’re taken care of. Really happy my wife and I came across this whole team!

Doctor Jamal was very nice and personal. Staff was not helpful over the phone when requested help. Was booked a telephone appointment and no one call back. Called myself to double check on my appointment and staff requested to call my insurance first without prior cancellation notice.

Everyone at CLS Healthcare has always been helpful, polite and taken care of any request I may have had in a timely manner. It's easy to get an appointment when needed and Dr. Mohammed is one of the best doctors I've seen. He takes time to go over any concerns I have at each visit and he is very thorough, very nice man. I would recommend this office, Dr.Mohammed specifically to anyone in need of a physician that actually sits down and talks with you instead of walking in and telling you what he's going to do and walking out. The office staff are polite and seem to enjoy their jobs (very important) and helping their patients.

Dr Jamal Mohammed, is my primary care provider. He's also my husband's PCP. I moved from Kelsey Seybold to CLS partially due to him being recommended by my husband, and partially due to him being additionally, and separately, recommended by my neurologist (Dr Razi Rashid) also at CLS. The receptionists at the office are efficient and helpful, billing has always been correct. They can need a little reminding if your dose is changing, if you send a portal message, make sure to follow up 1 or 2 days later, because they need to get doctor approval, but repeat prescriptions are sent very promptly to your pharmacy. Dr Mohammed is excellent. He will take the time to listen, to properly find out what the root cause of your issues are, it is clear he genuinely cares. He will make sure you are aware of the long-term effects of anything prescribed and the best lifestyle medicine ways to support yourself including improvements in nutrition and exercise. His approach is planning for enduring change, rather than a lifetime of medication. Dr Mohammed, has a wonderful bedside manner. He is kind and compassionate. He is diligent in ordering tests to ensure your organs are functioning as they should before and during taking medications, which is vital for your wellbeing. When he can, he acts preventively so that he's not treating disease, instead Dr Mohammed is interested in proactively stopping your health from deteriorating to the point where you need treatment i.e. addressing pre-hypertension and pre-diabetes markers. He is informed on the benefits as well as the dangers of nutritional supplements. He advises a sensible approach of looking at if things are harmless, neutral, or harmful, and what the upper tolerance limits of things are. Dr Mohammed acts as I wish every clinician would, tailoring your care to you, recognizing and seeing you as an individual, and working with your abilities to provide you with an implementable plan to create sustained health and wellness. Highly recommend him as a PCP.

He has a charming person, and very caring he listens to what you say and make sure you understand.

Dr. Mohammed had been nothing but an excellent physician who took care of my son for a first time urgent visit. He accommodated us very quickly, his medical assistant and front desk were very helpful and their swift response was impressive. The physician took all the time to listen to the concerns I had, asked all the questions even beyond the reason of the visit, performed a comprehensive physical examination, and above all, treated my son with compassion and kindness. I can't speak enough about his professionalism and outstanding bedside manners. Dr. Mohammed is very knowledgeable, attentive, and precise. The orders (all labs, imaging, and medications) were sent even before the end of the visit, he is highly experienced, has broad yet deep medical knowledge, and very skilled, I would definitely recommend Dr. Mohammed as a well-rounded Family Medicine doctor to all my friend, family, and loved ones, you'll soon know you're in safe hands.

Nice doc!! Love his attitude, but to front desk lady: was angry/frustrated at her for constantly calling me up to answer her dumb Q’s and she irritated me MORE after telling me to sit back down when I’m trying to fill the dang paperwork while struggling with my vertigo/dizziness condition makes me very mad whoever the Front Desk lady was. I demand Front Desk be nicer and patients next time.… She really got on my nerves! Whatever her name. Not my fault I’ve been fighting stupid vertigo for a few years ?? again thank you Dr. Jamal for understanding my pain ????

Dr. Mohammed is the best! He spent almost an hour with me genuinely listening to my concerns. Unfortunately, that’s not something easily found these days. Almost no wait time when I go there and appointment’s can be made online. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Jamal Mohammed has been my primary care physician for a few years now. I first saw him when I lived in Webster. When I moved to inner city Houston I would travel all the way to Webster because I didn’t want to change my doctor. He listens, cares and is very thorough with how he treats me. Highly recommend him. It’s hard to find a doctor as compassionate and who genuinely cares for his patients.

The primary I had in the beginning, was all about preventative medication, and I was taking a lot of them. In one year With Dr Mohammad I’ve gone from taking eight different medication‘s to only taking four, and the medication that I am taking has brought down my blood test numbers. He talked me through his plans and now I can see the fruit of the work we’ve done. I’m blessed and grateful
