Absolutely love this Dr. We've and her staff. I was never rushed in and out. They take all the time that you need to answer all of your questions and address any concerns. The are professional, but, they also treat you like family. After losing 165 pounds I I had excessive skin. I had a breast reduction in November and it was such a smooth recovery. And now I'm about have my abdominal apron removed. I'm so confident they are going to take such great care of me. I have no worries at all. I'm so excited!! Thank you Dr. Wegge and staff.

Awesome experience from start to finish. I had ruptured implants from 33 years ago removed in July 2022. I chose to not have implants put back , so Dr. Wegge reconstructed my breast with lipo from my abdomen. The results turned out amazing. She also did a hernia repair at the same time. I just went for my one year out appointment this week and now released with absolutely perfect healing . The office staff and facility were all top notch . I would highly recommend using HCL Plastic Surgery Center .

Dr. Wegge performed my surgery on my chin and neck area to get the cells out that were hard and affecting breathing and swallowing and neck movement for 3 years! You literally can't tell I had surgery since the bruising went away. Her and her staff were amazing from day 1 and helped me like crazy to feel and look better! I don't have issues any more and my self esteem has skyrocketed again!!! I highly highly recommend. Before pic and a pic 10 days post op! Bruising was gone pretty quick and swelling was about half gone and ZERO pain. I took ibuprofen to help with swelling for a week but no pain. Wonderful experience!!!

Knowledgeable, comforting, and very friendly staff along with Dr. Wegge. After my surgery Dr. Wegge followed me for over a year. I have never had a plastic surgeon like her. And when complications happened thru no fault of the surgeon, she had resolutions( repeat surgery) that I chose to follow. Has been following me 5 months now and will continue to follow me for 6 more more months. A positive office experience during a very stressful health problem. Her knowledgeable staff were always quickly available by phone for all of my intermittent problems or concerns. My wait time for each appointment was less than at most MD offices, 15 minutes most times. And scheduling any follow up appointments has been quite easy. However she is often booked up for months for scheduling surgeries unless urgent. When I inquired about right side facial droop she discussed procedures that could help. Past surgeons have told me their was nothing they could do to help. Her rates are within my fixed income budget since insurance won't cover this. My breast implants were covered both times since a fall ruptured them. She has never rushed my visits., which is rare nowadays.

The lobby is so nice and welcoming the staff is sweet and friendly. The Dr listened to my concerns and explained that I’m not the only one and that she could definitely help me. Made me feel so comfortable and excited for a change explained the good and bad and how she would be there to help no matter what we face after the surgery! Just loved the experience I was so scared to face but she made it all so comfortable!

I was in a bad accident almost 2 years ago that left me with several facial scars and a disfigured nose that not only made me feel really self-conscious but also made it very difficult to breath. From the first time I called her office until today I have had such an awesome experience with Dr Wegge and her entire staff! From making appointments, scheduling surgery and procedures, to the care I received both pre and post op, everything about my experience was excellent! Dr Wegge and Tara are both so easy to talk to and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the plan of care they had for me. Dr Wegge is a very gifted and talented surgeon and I truly feel blessed to have found her! My scars are very nearly invisible even without makeup and my nose not only looks incredible, i can breathe better now than i did even before my accident! Had a cosmetic surgery on my face to remove a neurofibromas in 2022 I believe and I thought it was fully removed but the scar I got from surgery was just raised. Turns out it wasn’t all removed but 3 stars for removing majority of it I guess.

I called Dr. Wegge a couple of days after my procedure with some concerns and she called me back, reassured me that Everything was OK. Not too many doctors do this for their patients. She’s a very good doctor. Her staff is excellent and I would highly recommend her.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Wegge and her team! I had many top surgery consultations, and she was absolutely by far the one I felt the most trust and comfort with. Both the results and the experience were absolutely incredible. I wanted something completely tailored to my body, and she delivered beyond what I thought possible! Certainly beyond what every other top surgeon told me was possible. (Including preserved nipple sensitivity, the nipple placement & size I wanted, scar type I wanted, no drains, etc. She even preserved the tattoo in the middle of my chest!). Because of my skin type, I develop keloid scar tissue. And Dr. Wegge included months of laser and steroid treatment for free!!! I truly couldn’t believe the generosity. She also did not bring up my higher BMI at all or make any kind of “diet culture” type nutrition recommendations (only mentioned importance of fueling your body during recovery)— as an eating disorder dietitian I really appreciated this! A lot of top surgeons make unfounded recommendations that result in clients going into surgery malnourished which is so risky (or sometimes not being able to access surgery at all!) She also was incredibly easy to reach by phone or email during the healing process. I felt so comfortable with her, and trusted her judgement. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Wegge highly enough. I am so incredibly thrilled with my new post-top surgery body. If you are looking into top surgery I highly highly highly recommend her!

I recently had a fishing injury where I needed a surgeon to remove a fish spine from my index finger. I made an appointment and was seen promptly. During the visit everyone was very friendly. Dr Wegge was very professional and treated me. I ended up passing out and vomiting all over myself after the procedure was concluded. All the staff helped me during my loss of consciousness and cleaned me all up. I couldn't believe it happened. They were very understanding. In the end everything was ok. The fish spine was removed from my hand and I felt alot better. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Jacqueline wegge, changed my life. I had an lipoma in my left bottom cheek close to my neck. I been having it for years. Decided to remove it. I had see other doctor but they were not the ones. As a medical professional, I searched extensively prior to selecting my surgeon. Dr. Wegge was said to be thoughtful, kind, with excellent bedside manner. I can attest that all of those things are true and more. I had my procedure with her 6 months ago; my first consultation was 18 months ago. She has been responsive, informative, insightful throughout this process. She has been patient with all of my questions and concerns during the pre-surgery process, but more importantly during the recovery period from surgery with healing. She has incredible bedside manner and empathy and is very skilled. The results of my surgery have been wonderful and managing the process has been so much easier with the help of her expertise. A particular aspect I love with Dr. Wegge is that she will tell you the truth, she will give her honest opinion on what you need and help you to set realistic expectations for results and recovery. Another high point of my experience has been Tara, who is the Medical Assistant and Team Lead for the office. She has helped me to feel at home in a setting that could be very awkward in the wrong hands, she is so calm and reassuring throughout the process and willing to go above and beyond to help with questions, concerns, scheduling. The office staff is also excellent. They are friendly, helpful...I just could not say more good things about the level of care I have received with Dr. Wegge. I would wholeheartedly make this choice again, and will continue in her care if any other procedures were ever needed or desired.

Working on my reconstructive surgery after a major challenge with Breast Cancer & I had an issue with my drainage tube over the weekend (Sunday night to be exact) so I called the office number & guess who answered??? The Dr herself!!! This shows me she’s a Dr that truly cares about her patients!
