Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. J really knows the feet and how important they are and he cares about your comfort. I purchased a pair of shoes that were suggested in line, when I took them in , he was so concerned and made sure they were the right ones. He took so much care when he was giving me a shot in my heel.

Scheduling as a new patient needing an appointment was reasonable with a two day period for the appointment. Wait time was reasonable. All potential charges identified ahead of time. Office staff courteous and professional. Wait area clean and comfortable. Minimal wait time once in waiting room. X-rays on location. Doctor took time to explain, and answer questions.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sasiene for about 5 years now. First for my left foot for planter’s fasciitis and 5 years later for my right foot. Never had any other problems from my left foot at all. If you need a podiatrist for any reason. This is the place to go

Dr. Sasiene was able to clear up some warts that I'd been trying to get rid of for years and helped clear up some toenail infections (some fungal but something else as well) I had developed after dropping a dumbbell on my foot. Very professional, explains things well and is effective.

I have arthritis as sports injuries and both of my feet. I have had multiple surgeries and been dealing with pain and foot issues for over 30 years. Doctor Sasiene is one of the best podiatrist I have ever seen. Good communication, good bedside manners, very knowledgeable, starts with the lowest intervention possible. Does not jump to surgery.

Dr. S always provides the best treatment on a reasonable scale. Unlike other doctors, he doesn't rush to surgery as the first option. He also provides cost effective solutions since most insurance companies don't cover the feet. Office staff is friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be around too. Never have to wait for an appointment or in the office.

A few months too late on this review BUT Dr Sasiene will always be my top suggestion for a foot doctor in Lake Jackson. He and the staff made such an impression that I went out of my way to get them rubber straps to help them with their pain from wearing the face masks. Very professional and phenomenal bedside manner. I had an ingrown toe nail and he explained every step including the procedure and recovery. Would 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Sasiene performed my foot surgery in 2021 the before and after care I received was hands down impeccable. Recently, my sister who has special needs had some issues with planters fasciitis. Dr. Sasiene is a wonderful doctor and knows what he is talking about. He does not rush during appointments to get to the next person and goes over extra stuff with you so you have a lot of information. I highly recommend.

Dr Sasiene is a caring and compassionate doctor. I have used him with my son and daughter and have never had a single complaint. I would definitely return if so needed and urge you to go see them if you’ve been putting it off - he is a magician with the anesthesia didn’t feel anything for like 24 hours after!

I have been treated by Dr. Sasiene for over 20 years and I can honestly say that I feel like royalty when I am there. The staff has ALWAYS been the best staff that I have dealt with. The doctor always made sure I had all my instructions before and after surgeries that I had. I recommend him highly if you have any problems with your feet. He’s a great doctor and explains everything to you in simple terms that you can understand.

He provides a complete medical plan that allows the patient to fully understand what that plan is and how it is going to be implemented and what is expected for results. The whole process from beginning to end has been super seamless. Making an appt, the date to get in wasn’t a long wait. When I got to the appt, it started promptly at the time I was scheduled. I was in and out in less than an hour with a proper diagnosis and clear plan of action and my prescriptions sent ahead electronically to my pharmacy. Great business. Dr. Sasiene is literally the most awesome podiatrist I have yet to come across. He pays attention to your needs and makes sure that the right care is being given. Not only did he help my mom( who referred me) but after 3 months of getting the run around about my boys foot, he not only got us in same day but also was able to come up with an actual solution that made sense. Also his bedside manor is really on point. He definitely knows his job and makes you feel like a priority not just another patient.

Ingrown removal on my big toe and I didn’t feel a thing. Now that’s exactly how you know Dr. Jack is a great, he actually lets the numbing agent get to work for a few minutes before the cutting begins.

My big right toe has been hurting for over 2 weeks, got an appointment right away and after examination and X-rays, Dr Sasiene told me that I have a piece of wire in my toe. Most likely from a BBQ brush.... I'm having outpatient surgery at HCA Mainland Hospital on February 24th, to get this foreign object out of my toe. The best care ever.... Dr Sasiene, excellent care and Dr and my hospital of choice will always be HCA Mainland. ????

I went into the back early and things were explained to me in a clear manner. The appointment went by fast. I felt listened too and the goal of the visit was accomplished.

My 96 year-old father goes there every few months To have his toenails clipped and cleaned. He really likes the office!

Some doctors you have to wait a long time to see doctor but that wasn’t the case with Dr. Sasiene they were very prompt with the appointment time you had scheduled. Very honest with his feedback and has all the latest and greatest technology at his fingertips. Highly recommended.

I was having terrible pain in my feet after walking extensively on vacation. I thought I had proper walking shoes, but Dr. Sasiene helped me understand how the injury occurred & gave me a simple, doable treatment plan that has eliminated the pain & nerve inflammation. Had a 9 am appt which is the official start time and another lady was taken in before myself had to wait some, not as thorough exam as I was expecting, Doc only looks at the issue doesn't really examine the entire foot or feet or ankles, I thought I would get this but nope.

The man is a genius. I worked for him a couple of years ago. He may not sit and pet you and remember your dogs name, but whatever it is you have wrong, he'll fix it.

Very patient and informative, Dr. and staff very friendly, no wait time at all, he prescribed the TPA ointment and I had immediate pain relief, I highly recommend it, this was first office visit so have some to go but so far totally satisfied and will be coming back. Just had to add, been using the TPA for couple of days now, that he prescribed, it's first time in such a long time that I have feeling in my big toes and no pain in my feet, it's like a miracle, it's so nice to not have pain in my feet., I actually thought pain in my feet was from bunions, but he was right, bunions are not a cause of pain in your feet, it was other problems in my feet but not bunions.
