Dr Issa is truly an amazing doctor, he takes his time during your visit and doesn’t rush you on. He shows true compassion and care for his patients. His medical staff exudes the same, Melissa I know personally goes above and beyond of which never goes unnoticed. Now unfortunately the front desk representative, older lady; she’s not the friendliest and can come off as rude sometimes. She tends to appear impatient and upset that you’re there. I’ve heard her make some snarky comments about fellow patients and myself included in a low tone after walking off. It would be nice if she practiced the same professionalism, care, and concern that the medical team shows. I’m still rating this with 5 stars, as I’ve been seeing Dr Issa before she started and will continue rather she stays or goes.

Today was my first visit with Dr Issa. He explained everything that was asked very thorough with his answers. I definitely would recommend Dr Issa if you are needing to see an infectious disease specialist! First impressions were very positive!

Dr Issa took all the time necessary to fully explain the cause, impact and treatment plan for my issue. Dr Issa is welcoming and listens. Dr Issa’s treatment plan took the least medication plan to start with close monitoring to determine if increased medical intervention becomes necessary.

I've been a patient of Dr. Issa's for about 10 years. I had a serious hip infection & he literally saved my life. He has a wonderful personality & is a very caring doctor. Always has a smile on his face, which relaxes a patient. Takes as much time as needed talking to his patients.

Dr. Issa- is very thorough in his examination. Great bedside manor. Low wait times, clean facility and courteous staff are all good reasons to return.
