I've been going to him for many years. He is extremely friendly and clearly wants to help. He is eager to problem solve. You feel like you're talking to someone who cares and not a robot. He shows sincerity. He's down to earth, not arrogant, and doesn't lecture you. He doesn't try to micromanage how I take meds that I've taken for many years. He's a busy man, so be ready to share the most important aspects of your issue. But, they have still squeezed me in out of compassion even though they were fully booked.
