Dr Malik was very knowledgeable and, as a new patient, she took great care in getting to know all my medical problems and healthcare history.

Dr. Malik went about and beyond in helping take care of my father in law. She ordered all the appropriate lab work and helped with a referral to the specialist. She followed up with us to make sure the referral was taken care of and that he was seen ASAP. I would highly recommend her to those seeking a compassionate provider. The office staff is super helpful in scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns.

The kindness from the front office staff is unmatched. They are incredible at their jobs. They listen to your concerns and do their best to get you in as soon as possible. When Dr. Malik came in the room I immediately felt heard and understood. She listens to all your concerns with such empathy and for that I am grateful. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Malik has been my PCP for a few years now and she has a passion for what she does. Her knowledge of medicine is incredible. Her bedside manner is beyond amazing. She really listens to you and doesn’t just see you as just another patient. Dr. Malik’s staff will hound you until you follow up and I’m not saying this in a bad way. I really needed to get in and see her but my work schedule just wouldn’t allow it. I know it sounds like just another excuse not to come in. She called me and got me a televisit the same day. If this isn’t going above and beyond then I don’t know what it is. If you’re looking for a family physician, look no further. Dr. Faiza Malik is there for you!

I’m absolutely shocked! I have found a doctor that actually puts CARE into HEALTHCARE!! Her office lobby is quite small and she shares the office with another physician. There’s not room for a wheelchair, but should be okay with a walker or if you have a rollator you may need to sit in a chair with your rollator in front of you. Copays and deductibles are proactively collected. New patient forms are quite long and it would benefit the intake nurse/medical assistant if the forms were completed online because the information you fill out isn’t available for the medical assistant to review by the time they call you in for the initial assessment. Dr. Malik’s bedside manner is very kind and compassionate. I have a long history of unfortunate medical procedures and conditions and she took a quick look and that’s more than what I expected because I know that it would take more than 20 minutes to review. We addressed of few of my current top concerns. She sent refills to the pharmacy for my medications and made notes to start my infusion therapy. She was so kind and made helpful recommendations for my constipation and weight loss. She even made notes for the office to follow up with me while she would be out of the office. I explained to the office that I needed a specialized form completed for my insurance plan and the medical assistant printed it out immediately and started to complete the form ASAP. Never have I ever felt so well taken care of before by a PCP. Very satisfied.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Malik. I had to change my PCP due to change of ins and I loved my former PCP. But Dr Malik, made me feel a whole lot better about this transition. I definitely would recommend Dr Malik, to anyone needing a new PCP.

Simple Awsome

I recently chose Dr. Malik as my primary doctor due to my previous doctor no longer taking my insurance. I had been with my previous doctor for several years, so I was really concerned that I might not like my new doctor. Dr. Malik came in and was very personable. She listened intently to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. She made me feel that my health was important to her. I'm glad that I chose Dr. Malik as my doctor and feel we will have a great doctor/patient relationship.
