Took my mom here today. Very professional staff members the appointments seemed to go fast. Our appt was set for 11:00am. We were in and out by 11:45 which was great. Dr. Deepal Shah did an excellent job in explaining the steps that are needed to be done first and also provided a medication as well. Follow up will be in 4 weeks.

Very happy with her expertise and caring heart. She really spends time with her new patients too. I appreciate that even if I have to wait. I arrived at my schedule time today 7:45.a.m. I was waiting only 5 minutes and was called back to be seen. Overall my whole visit may have been 20- 25 minutes at the most. Dr. Shah was aware of the plan she wanted to set up for me, and the route she was going to take. She is an awesome Dr , and top of the line friend ??! Thank you ?? Dr. Shah for being you!

I wait little longer but busy day she was running behind, But still she took her time to listen to all my concerns about my migraines give me options I felt very comfortable with her. I was able to attend todays appointment my Daughter had with Dr. Deepal Shah. Without going into much details related to my daughters health, I'll just say that we had such high and maybe unrealistic hopes that her consult would be favorable. Dr. Shah is wonderful. She listens to her patients and really spends the time to understand and collaborate with her patients. She is detailed and thorough. I highly recommend her. The front desk and staff were also very professional, prompt and helpful.

Dr. Shah was so down to earth. She took her time to sit and discuss my concerns regarding my grandson's plan of health. She came in and shook our hands. She didn't rush as she discussed present and future treatment plans. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain all aspects of my grandson's neurological evaluation. My first time to ever see a neurologist, very pleased with her ability to get right to the point and help me going forward to resolve my neuropathy issues. Looking forward to the next appointment starting testing.

I like that Dr Shah explains everything so well and does what’s best for the patient. Another 10/10 is never having to wait for hours to see the doctor. We get there early and within minutes we’re attended to and we get to see the doctor, without having to wait for hours. The staff are all very polite and professional they manage the appointments very well.
