Dr. Kent and his office staff are absolute professionals. They were efficient, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and took their time to talk to me as a human. Not just another patient on the list for the day. Dr. Kent was amazing as well, I wasn’t in the waiting for more then 10 minutes, called back and they took my blood pressure and O2 levels, the nurse was extremely friendly and worked efficiently. Once he left out room less then 5 minutes for Dr. Kent to enter, he was very friendly, curious, kind, asked me all the right questions and was also very funny, which made the whole process much easier as getting your male parts and prostate checked is never comfortable. But Dr. Kent was amazing, his bedside manner was incredible and he made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything clearly as to what the next steps would be and made sure I had no remaining questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kent and his staff.

Update: They honored their initial quote and refunded me the overpayment. One star of because it took SEVERAL calls from my wife to get it resolved. Dr. Kent is amazing! I highly recommend him; however, his billing department is unprofessional and slow to respond. I was billed copays that weren’t needed and told that the laughing gas for the procedure would only be $75 which we were billed $60 for the copay and $75 for the laughing gas for a total of $135. Once my wife inquired about a refund for copays, they stated the laughing gas was now $125 and will only provide a $10 refund. Be sure to check your EOBs. Even with all of this… I would still highly recommend Dr. Kent. Just watch the billing department.

Dr. Kent has been my Urologist for many years. He is a consummate professional, as well as very personable. He obviously plans his schedule with the patient in mind because he is always on time, yet spends as long as you want to discuss your health. You never feel rushed.

I did have difficulty finding the office. I did not see the detailed text which had the information re: location of the office - it was sent the morning of the appt. The staff was excellent- from the receptionist/manager to the nurse (Claudia) to Dr. Kent. All were down to earth, knowledgeable, took time to explain every bit of info and made sure I understood, asking if I had questions. Everyone was SO nice but managed to be efficient and timely! I am very impressed!

Efficient staff. Doctor David is very kind, professional and thorough. I highly recommend this practice. It is conveniently located in a nice safe part of town. Park on the 2nd level and walk to the office.

Dr Kent has excellent command of his field, but he communicates to makes sense. This was my first visit. He's now my permanent urologist.

David Kent is great in every respect—urological skill, expertise and experience, acute listener, wonderful bedside manner and great people orientation. To put him on a scale, I see 6 or 7 doctors on a more or less regular basis each year, most of them specialists, and I must say that Dr David Kent remains at the top of my list of fine doctors!

This was the most enjoyable Doctor visit I’ve ever had. I don’t even think I was waiting 5 minutes! I wasn’t even done with paperwork and I got called in. After initial screening I think 30secs went by and Dr. Kent knocked on door! Wow just the best ever.

What a breath of fresh air !, The only urologist I would recommend in Texas. Everyone including the front office staff, nurses, techs, and this doctor treated me with respect and were pleasant to deal with. I intended to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment but mistakenly went to the wrong location, causing me to be a few minutes late. Despite this, I had a wonderful experience with the front desk person (didn't get her name), who was understanding, very friendly and accommodating. She promptly checked me in, and I saw Dr. Kent just a few minutes after the nurse left. He was both professional and very personable, explaining my test results in a way I could easily understand. Check in to check out took less than 20 minutes, very rare these days. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kent.
