Only doctor who personally calls me to advise me of results of all tests instead of having staff do so like other doctors. Also calls immediately when he knows the results. Very speedy. Very good in explaining. Makes it nice because you can ask questions when he calls. Very thorough. He has been my cardiologist for 20 years. He is very caring.

Dr. Hamer is so nice and answers any questions and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. It was very stressful and confusing after my husband's heart attack, but Dr. Hamer and the wonderful staff here have done everything and more to care for him! My husband is Deaf and they have a video interpreter for him when we go. I would 100% recommend coming here.

So far it seems like a nice place. The nursing staff was friendly and understanding. The receptionist was polite and help full. This was my first visit so I will add more after I have went a few more times.

The staff was well informed and very courteous. Dr. Hamer patiently listened to all.health concerns that I was having, made suggestions, and subscribed several medications needed. I never felt that I was being pushed through in order to rush another patient in behind me. Excellent group, highly recommend. Thank you..

My experience at the Crenshaw office has been great ! The wait in the waiting room is minimal. He has a highly efficient staff very attentive very polite, large waiting room lots of parking great neighborhood well lit and Dr. Hammer is very polite and helpful.

Dr Hamer answered all my questions in detail and put my mind at ease about my current heart condition. Jennifer, his nurse, was very professional and efficient in expediting the needed tests. I had a very good experience and would highly recommend Southeast Houston Cardiology.

Great staff , great doctor

Getting in within 15 minutes w/appt. Testing equipment in the office Friendly staff that actually cares and helps if your hurting. Enough staff that your not left waiting for assistance. Dr that actually listens to you rather than sending you for test you dont need. Ive went 6 months of chest pain and Dr's blew me off saying I'm too young. Gave me every test possible and kept sending me home saying I had angia. I had 100% blockage in the bottom of my heart. They almost killed me. Trust me when I say... This place is a gold mine due to all of the above in my 58 yr old option.

Years ago I was in the hospital for a cardiac event and followed up with a well-known experienced cardiologist, who prescribed new medication. By the next day, I was in so much pain that I dashed to my longtime general practitioner who referred me to Dr. Hamer,. Dr. Hamer said, “Don’t take another one of those pills,” and prescribed something different. The next week the national evening news reported that the FDA banned the first cardiologist’s medication. But wait! There’s more! Sometime later, my daughter also began having problems and was seeing a highly reputable specialist. That physician consulted with Dr. Hamer who quickly resolved her problem as well. We had been to a number of cardiologists and pray that Dr. Hamer does not retire for a very very long time - we rely on his knowledge and experience.

I love going to David Hamer office because they treat nice and are willing to help you with what ever you might need and willing to answer every question you might have.

Great staff. They have been wonderful to my dad. Karen helped my dad get qualified for compression pumps and he is doing so much better plus, she makes him laugh. I highly recommend Dr. Hamer
