Dr. Dania Albaba is a psychiatrist specializing in addiction psychiatry with expertise in substance use disorders, global mental health, and trauma-informed care. She completed her psychiatry residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident, followed by an Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship at Massachusetts General Brigham.

Dr. Albaba has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, with research focused on addiction, health equity, humanitarian psychiatry, and mental health in conflict-affected regions. Her work has been published in leading journals, including The Lancet, Journal of ECT, and International Journal of Public Health. She has presented nationally and internationally and has received multiple honors recognizing her leadership, research, and humanitarian contributions.
