Claudia Makhoul, MD

Dr Makhoul has gotten my blood pressure down and so far after seeing her for over a year as of now I am 53 years old but I feel 25 I have lost 115 pounds and I feel better than I ever have in my life!

Dr. Makhoul knows her stuff. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable, so I’ll definitely keep going back to her for my care!

Dr. Claudia Makhoul is our new family PCP. She's very well trained and with extensive experience in internal medicine. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Makhoul. She is truly the best in town extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes her time with her patients and makes sure nothing is overlooked, which gives you a lot of confidence in her care. What really stood out to me was when my mom was in a lot of pain. I had called and left a message with the nurse, and Dr. Makhoul personally took the time to call back herself to check on my mom. Dr.Makhoul is a great physician, she is very caring and addresses every concern or question and creates an action plan unlike previous physicians that dismissed my lab results with no treatment plan to try and improve my health. I feel like she truly cares about the patients health and is incredibly knowledgeable. I am really glad I found her, she is truly one of the best physicians in Houston considering how scarce they are these days. Wait times are reasonable and about the same wait from other physician appointments I’ve had. I rather wait and get quality care than speedy and dismissive care.
