Christelle Reeves, DO

I normally don’t leave reviews, but after seeing some recent comments I felt compelled to share my real experience. Dr. Reeves delivered my baby on 9-17-22. I decided that I wanted to be induced and was very scared about the process she made me feel safe, heard, and supported during one of the most important moments of my life. Before my induction I gave her my birth plan which was very detailed to the point that other Doctors would of probably ignored my wishes or totally dismissed my plans. Instead she was just as excited as me about my birth plan and throughout my delivery she made sure to follow all my wishes of a natural birth plan and encouraged me when I was giving up, I was frustrated exhausted and very scared had it not been for her and her amazing nurses I don’t know what I would of done. I asked her to please delay my cord clamping so that my baby could get optimal nutrients which she did and even let me decide how long we would delay, she waited to clamp until I gave her the ok to proceed. I opted to have my placenta preserved for encapsulation which she removed intact and handled accordingly. I admire this woman so much I even invited her to my daughters 1st birthday party and have recommended her to friends and family. God willing I plan to have Dr. Reeves deliver my grandchildren one day that’s how amazing she is. Dr. Reeves is my angel.

Lifesaver! I ended up with preeclampsia and was already scheduled to be induced at 37 weeks. Dr. Reeves admitted me even earlier than scheduled because she just knew something was off and sure enough, it was! Because of Dr. Reeves, I had a safe delivery. She was also a calming and nonjudgmental presence during my pregnancy, always making sure to address all of my concerns.

This was my first time going to see Dr. Reeves. She was awesome!! I love that she is compassionate and caring.. She listened to my concerns. She explained everything to me in a way that I can understand. Over all my visit was great.

Dr. Reeves was amazing with my daughter. Her first time to see a Gynecologist and she explained everything to her and made her feel comfortable. I am so glad I took her there. Her phlebotomist, Erica was so gentle and my daughter didn’t feel the needle. Great place.

Very short wait to be seen. Dr. Reeves takes time to hear concerns before the patient undresses which puts us at ease. She seems very competent and compassionate.

I love this office. Dr. Reeves is amazing. Carla, her nurse is also wonderful. They truly listen and give you time to ask questions. Dr. Reeves was thorough and explained everything to me. I was so worried because I was a new patient being seen for a problem that might be serious. When I left, I was so relieved because all of my questions were answered and I know I will not get better care anywhere else.I wish I had found this office sooner!??????????

We really like this place for my mom's exam. Doctor Christelle Reeves and the nurse are the best; they made my mom feel so good and relaxed during all the check-ups they did. I recommend 100%.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christelle Reeves AND her staff!! As a woman who has been hot potatoed to dozen of doctors with unseen and unbelieved pain over the course of 2 years in the hopes of trying to find answers, Dr. Reeves has been the only doctor I’ve ever met that treated me like a person, not a case file. She laughed with me, empathized with me, she took extra time to explain when I didn’t understand. She is approachable, reassuring, and thorough! The staff got me in quickly when I needed a sooner appointment and they are ALWAYS on time (most times even early) getting me into the back for my appointment. 1000/10 will NEVER go anywhere else EVER!! Will recommend them to ANYONE that needs an OB/GYN!!

Had my first visit with Dr. Reeves yesterday and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. Her nurse, Carla, started the visit and was personable and affable, really putting me at ease. Dr. Reeves was the same! She took the time to listen to me, and talk through my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. She made the whole experience comfortable and I left the office truly elated to finally find a care team that cares! I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Reeves and would recommend her to everyone.

My daughter and wanted to look for a gynecologist out of our town and went on search on the website of our insurance. We live an hour away , so I didn’t want it to for so I chose Webster, Texas, the best choice that a made. I came across this doctor named Christelle Reeves, so I took my chance on her, she looked young and figured she will know all the new resources out there and I figured also my 21 year old daughter will fill comfortable with her. It was my daughter’s first woman exam and she was very nervous but as soon as met the staff and doctor she said she felt relaxed. The doctor took her time to explain everything she was going to do to her step by step. Every question she had Mrs . Reeves answered and my daughter didn’t feel rushed at all. The best part was , she received a goody bag, for her very first exam, my daughter felt special and was so happy I had found her. Next day I had appointment with Mrs. Reeves and her staff and doctor were the nicest staff. They took there time with me also , I didn’t feel rushed at all, Mrs . Reeves answered all my questions and even explained step by step what she was going to do to do to me.She laughed and , joked around and made you feel very comfortable, my daughter felt special and I are very pleased with everything, we will never mind driving that hour away to see her.

My second visit with Dr. Reeves was another great visit and experience... she remembered details of my first appointment and she clearly knows how to make me feel like I matter as a patient. Karla her medical assistant is absolutely fabulous, down to earth and does a great job in taking my notes of concerns but answering all questions and inputting notes. Had a great experience with my ultrasound while explaining in detail what she was doing and answering questions along the way. The young lady in the lab Erica also was very good as she found my vein immediately with no pain and she was very welcoming. Great place with great staff! I feel soo blessed to have found them.

My experience with CLS & Dr Reeves has been absolutely wonderful. She’s very attentive & easy to talk to. She never makes me feel like I’m asking a stupid question. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Reeves is a wonderful doc. As soon as you meet her you can tell she isn’t one of those old school docs. She is up to date on new medical knowledge and really takes the time to inform you of all your choices and empower you to be part of the decision making process—for anyone having a baby, this is so important. I will have my next baby delivered by no one else but her!

Physicians like Dr. Reeves are extremely hard to find. She’s personable, kind, patient-centered, and doesn’t make you feel rushed or like a number. She actually reviews charts, asks questions, addresses you by name, and provides explanations and education. She respects patients and patient wishes (I.e. able to provide alternative treatment options as appropriate). You’ll find yourself so distracted by lighthearted conversations that you don’t realize she’s completed whatever you were there to have done.

Liked the friendly people and Dr Reevrs was amazing with my daughter. She explained everything so well to my daughter and made her feel comfortable. The phlebotomist, Erica was so good to my nervous daughter and she did not feel the needle at all.

Dr Reeves and her staff are phenomenal! Carla her MA was very sweet and professional. I have been looking for a good OBGYN for a long time and I feel like I have finally found that with Dr Reeves. Although I’m done having kids, I know she would be the very best. She listens, she understands, and I feel confident in her treatment plans. If you are looking for GYN care or OB care I highly recommend Dr Reeves.

Dr Reeves was awesome! First visit was comforting and she was detailed and answered my questions. Down to earth and I feel comfortable with her continued treatment. I recommend her services…..I have to add that she personally called me to review my results. Wonderful! I’m so glad I chose Dr. Reeves! Her teams great too!

I loved my experience there. Wait time was minimal. Everyone was really friendly and helpful from the front desk to the back of the office. My doctor was amazing and she explained everything and answered every single question. Never made me feel like my symptoms were not urgent or stupid. Listened to me and my concerns. Amazing staff and place. This is my new doctor from now on.

Dr Reeves has been nothing short of amazing! She has taken the time to listen to my concerns, figure out what’s happening and formulate a plan for testing and moving forward. Her staff has been incredibly supportive and I’m very happy with my choice to switch my gynecology care to Dr Reeves.
