Chisom Eneremadu, NP

Chisom Eneremadu is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in pain management. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed in the state of Texas. Known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach, she is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals living with chronic pain.

Chisom earned both her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center Cizik School of Nursing, graduating with honors. She holds advanced certifications including Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN), along with additional training in Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization (PEARS) and Chemotherapy and Biotherapy through the Oncology Nursing Society.

Recognized as a 2018 Salute to Nurses nominee, Chisom brings a strong clinical background and a commitment to personalized care. She focuses on developing individualized treatment plans and empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their health effectively.
