Carlos Bernal, MD

Dr. Carlos Bernal is a board-certified primary care physician practicing at our Clear Lake clinic in Webster, TX.

With over 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Bernal has been a longstanding advocate for community-focused care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Texas Tech University’s Thomas General Hospital. Over the course of his career, he has served in several leadership roles across Texas, including as Chief Medical Officer at Pasadena Health Center.

Dr. Bernal is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Practice. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalized care and has become a trusted provider within the greater Houston community.
