The front office staff was extremely pleasant and attentive to my needs. Dr. Brunette was amazingly polite, responsive, and thorough, which made for a wonderful visit. Her medical assistant was equally thorough and thoughtful. My constructive feedback is: 1.To ensure accuracy, weigh me and measure my height vs. asking me this information; 2. Send out the massive amount of paperwork for patients to complete in advance.

Wonderful experience entire visit. A very caring and professional staff. All my questions were answered thoroughly by Dr. Burnette. She gave me a follow up call several hours later at which time I was pain free and didn’t require my usual midday analgesics. Without a second thought I give her and staff 5 stars. Most definitely i would refer friends to her.

Dr Burnette listened to all my comments, did a pretty thorough set of tests, then recommended a treatment plan and we agreed to move forward. I felt like she really cared about helping me get better. Update: First treatment could not have been more efficient. They were ready to go and I was heading back to the car in 15 minutes.

I have been a patient of Dr Burnett since she first started her practice. I was in a car accident many years ago- a man ran a red light. She has treated me for neck and back. She and her wonderful staff- (Lizzie always has a great smile no matter how her day is going!) take great care of all their patients. She does not push pain meds on you. Dr. Burnette at CSL Pain Management is the greatest pain doctor I have ever had. She doesn't just pump me full of pain pills and send me home. I have my pain to the point now that I know what is going on around me. It seems so good to be fully alert and functioning. I still have pain and I am learning that when my body says Enough I get off my feet and relax for a while. I am 80 and it's nice to be with the living world again.
