I love this place. Extras for my ?? ?? ?? ?? location easy access on & off the freeway. Staff is incredible the bright smiling faces,warmth and considerations to and for your welfare. It's a n amazing place to be just because if U are having issues their conversation will ease your worries and make U realize you will make it they have seen worse. Inspirational visits always.

He's very no nonsense and gets right to business, but will listen to you. I like him.

Professional and efficient service

It is my first visit to Dr Morsy. I feel as if I am in good hands. He ordered some tests and spoke to me about my illness. His bedside manor was very calming, yet, you could feel his true concern. We discussed a plan together and we will follow up in two weeks after the results of the the testing. Thank you Dr Morsy, respectfully, M Volkman

Arrived to a full waiting room, and thought it would be a while before I got roomed. Got checked in and within 5 minutes was roomed. Nurse took my vitals and as she was finishing the Dr came in. Listened to all my questions and provided clear answers. Immediately ordered labs and xrays and scheduled follow up within 2 weeks. Highly recomend Dr. Morsy

Dr Morsy is an exceptional rheumatologist. His staff is polite and professional. If you need a rheumatologist, I would highly recommend his office.

Getting Better and little faster and on time @ 9 am. But front desk ladies little attitude.. need to eye to eye contact instead of me waving ???? at them to let them know that I m deaf. They need to do better over the phone. They can be a bit rude. I have a few names I could state; say. But I'll refrain today. Overall- I'd refer people to him.

My doctor helps me alot !!!

First, this is the one Dr. visit I usually do not mind getting ready for. Dr. Morsey is very sensitive to my issues and has what I call an excellent bedside manner. However, my last follow up visit for my infusion therapy treatment was very confusing. I was questioned about a drug that I had previously taken that ultimately tore my insides up and I had stopped using months ago THANK GOD! Not how’s the infusion therapy going? Do you have any questions or concerns about the treatment?, instead I was asked about a prescription for this horrible drug that was set up on auto-refill every 90-days and wanted to know if I was still taking it?? So, apparently when the 90-day supply ran out Walgreens called Dr. Morseys office or sent over a request to refill it. I got a call from a lady from his office that was using a very questionable tone of voice asking me if I was requesting for the drug to be refilled and I said absolutely NOT! I’m doing infusion therapy now in place of that horrible drug??? I told her I cut off that auto-fill a long time ago so there must have been a glitch in the shut off of auto-refill. All she needed to tell Walgreens was NO assuming they actually called there which I doubt. End of discussion about a drug refill that almost killed me you would think but then Dr. Morsey asked me if I was still taking it???? WHAT??? So, on my drive home it hit me they thought I was trying refill that drug and do what with it??? It interrupted my lifestyle so severely I wouldn’t hand out or share that drug with my worst enemy if I had any. Shame on ya’ll for thinking otherwise and shame on Walgreens for being greedy trying to get a refill filled when you knew my app had it ‘hidden’ so you would never refill it again. I already have two full bottles of it sitting in a cabinet collecting dust. Oh and be careful about all this HIPA sharing of information because when I went to my eye dr. for pre-surgery instructions they noticed that I didn’t take that drug anymore and confirmed it by saying it says here it gave you D……a??? I said what? That’s in my records?? Oh no lady that drug altered my entire insides. SMH…so disappointed ?? Treat your patients with respect not judgement especially when all these systems are so broken.

Dr Morsey was very kind, caring and compassionate about helping me feel better. I was afraid and confused about the extreme joint pain that I started getting with no relief for a month of going to my regular Dr. I was feeling better and pain free within a couple of days. I would highly recommend this clinic and the staff as well.

I’ve been a patient here for almost 2yrs and really like my doctor. My mom is also a patient here with a different doc whom she also likes (Elkhalili). In regard to Dr. Morsy, I’m continually amazed at how much he either remembers or takes the time to reacquaint himself in regard to my situation. Typically, I go to a doc and they have me go over basically everything I told them previously and anything medical I have/had planned. With Dr. Morsy, he comes in ready and says ‘you told me you were going to have xyz procedures, how did it go?’ I realize he could just be outside rereading my case to refresh vs remembering, but the fact that he does this and is so acquainted with my case from the time he walks in is just so so different and, more importantly I think, it’s extremely considerate and shows the regard he has for his patients, their medical issues, and their time. I switched here from a previous rheumatologist who just threw gabapentin at me and hoped it worked. Dr. Morsy takes the time to listen and test and work on a treatment cocktail that other doctors just haven’t with me in the past. For that reason, I think I’ll be with Dr. Morsy til he retires.

Dr. Morsy is the best, professional, kind, mild mannered, respectful and excellent in his field. We does all he can to help you feel better.

I enjoy this place there only one problem I have is the calling center.

I am super happy with CLS Health because they treat their patients like family. They know your time is valuable and they never keep you more than necessary. Each time I go there to see Dr. Morsy, the most time I have spent is 1 hour. You never spend more than 10 minutes in the exams room. From the front desk to the nurses in the back they are all awesome.

Dr. Morsy is very compassionate and listens to his patients. He made me feel so comfortable. I left there feeling like he really cared about me and what was going on with my symptoms.

Dr. Morsy is the first doctor that believed me and listened to me. Dr. Morsy was able to give me a diagnosis, start a treatment plan, and help me understand my autoimmune disease. I would also like to add his nurse is very sweet and knowledgeable. Whenever I see Dr. Morsy his nurse asks how I am feeling and genuinely cares. I would like to add if you want a good doctor sometimes they run behind schedule on appointments. In my opinion Dr. Morsy and his staff is well worth the extra 10 minute wait. Thank you so much!!!

Just had my first appointment today. Very nice experience. Everyone was friendly and the wait wasn't long at all. Dr is thorough with labs and such tests for new patients. So far I have never had a Dr take it very seriously. He did want to see me in 3 weeks but first one I could get was in 5 1/2 weeks. That's the only complaint from me

I’ve seen a number of rheumatologists who tried to help but weren’t really sure what to try. Dr Ahmed Morsy immediately recognized my out of control IL-17 and insane IGG response; he immediately found a monthly IV infusion tailored To my needs. He also was open to monitoring my iron stores regularly after we both learned I carry a rare iron overload set of genes. He’s one on the few willing to listen to the discoveries of my other physicians and has taken to heart that H63D Syndrome is indeed a dangerous life threatening condition when unchecked. Dr Morsy now also cares for my mother and my oldest son who suffer from their own autoimmune conditions stemming from H63D iron overload. Finally, a specialist who doesn’t dismiss the root cause of my chronic pain, fatigue, and neurological nightmare. With Dr Morsy, I have been able to crack the code to controlling the Celtic Curse.

The office staff were very efficient and professional. They had anticipated my appointment and had the information they were supposed to have ready for me. Dr morsy is wonderful and very caring. He answers all of your questions, and concerns without making you feel rushed and you can collectively gather your thoughts, which is a bonus. I take husband to see Dr Morsy on a referral. He was kind, he was very gentle and very direct as well. He immediately explained the situation of the arthritic condition by physically comparing husbands hands compared to my own and the understanding was instant. Dr Morsy addressed my issues and seemed truly concerned. He offered choices for relief. He did give me a shot in my hip but first deadened the area - it was painless. He needed extra testing and it can all be done at his facility. I will recommend Dr Morsy highly.
